I have used it for about a year. During this period I emailed Matt (founder) twice and never got any reply. Eventually had to switch to another service because the system wouldn't allow me to upload new projects despite me having an active subscription. They are selling a product but don't bother providing any support. The billing system is useless, if you miss a payment it doesn't try to charge your card again, just comes up with a message saying your free trial has ended.
