I haven't had any points that I didn't like yet, just because I didn't find them before.

In google sites, you can`t acess without www. and the redirect.

Very easy to set up. I tried 3 other ""Free" services before this one and they would fail at some point. This allowed a full redirect of both http and https with certs seamlessly.

Unable to get stats on the free version.

Had a domain that was not being used and was able to redirect it to another company without having to go through a bunch of server setups. Usually you would have to create a redirect url, with this it made it simple and free to redirect one domain to a completely different one seamlessly.

I love that we have a free plan that basically covers everything you need. Not only that, but the customer support is simply fantastic. I've tried several solutions to bare domain redirecting. They all are costly, complex, require additional servers or fail with TLS. It's simple, straightforward, and easy to use. It offers paid extras that are worthwhile and well considered.

I've not run into anything I don't like yet.

We originally set up redirect.pizza for bare domain redirecting. Previously we used wwwizer or s3 static bucket redirecting. It works great for that so we are looking at other features like redirecting misspelled domains and email forwarding.
