What do you like best about RedHorse CRM?

RedHorse provides us and our clients with a toolkit to operate successful businesses. We all read about marketing programs, sales programs, ticketing systems and a multitude of other products and features. We know that RedHorse has all of those features built-in.

Our most exciting challenge is communicating the massive feature set to our prospects and client base.

It is a pleasure to be able to say, "Yes RedHorse does that....."

What do you dislike about RedHorse CRM?

I wish RedHorse were truly cloud to compete with those other systems that believe they're complete. I know RedHorse Systems Inc will deliver cloud at some point but I wish that point were now!

At times, RedHorse can seen daunting since it has so many features.

Recommendations to others considering RedHorse CRM:

If you are looking to have one system to maintain and utilize, RedHorse is likely your best choice. It does have Social Media connectivity in addition to all the other features, but the Social Media usage could be improved.

What problems is RedHorse CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Developing regular marketing programs is so complete with RedHorse's built-in campaigns and workflows. It's integration to Constant Contact is an answer to feedback of your marketing program. Constant Contact always seems in many cases powerful but disconnected for the CRM system. RedHorse corrects that.

Service provisioning and time tracking is one of the most powerful features for any service organization. In years past, we and some clients used external programs to track service issues and technical support time. With RedHorse, we have both features built-in, flexible and easy to use. From inbound support/service call to contract billing, RedHorse has it.

I love that I'm able to look up and use each clients information .

What do you dislike about RedHorse CRM?

It could be easier to search. I can't use ctrl+F with Redhorse and it would be really nice if i could.
