It is very help full to set promotions and creat the marketing campains, which I like the most. Also, I love the custome support through out the process.
I dont have any dislike, but I would like to suggest some features which can be added like:
- Drag and drop system.
- Auto save.
I love the automated market campain sheduling and reports and the leads generated is very high. Which icreases our Profit and business perfomance and the in flow.
The most wonderful thing is about the precision of advertisements and throughout support with all the marketing campaigns which are potential enough to make good profits.
There is nothing as such to dislike however certain changes such as in the user interface could make it even better and that would make it even more easy to use.
Redye is solving problems in automated marketing on a extreme level by eleiminating all the lags and imperfections. A precised manner and proper algorithm is making it very easy and profitable.
The RedEye team is incredibly accommodating to our ever-changing business needs, supporting us across creative implementation, performance reporting, and campaign setup.
The automated weekly performance reports are slightly limited - however, our team does compensate for this by providing monthly wash-ups of performance at a granular level.
RedEye are supporting the implementation of multiple site tags which will enable us to deliver increasingly personalised and digitally advanced activity.
The ease of setting up a campaign - extremely user-friendly, quick and reliable.
Reporting insights available - makes pulling campaign performance data so easy.
The ability to create custom segments.
Overall the platform performs extremely well, however it would be useful to be given more insights into our campaigns, perhaps recommending optimal send times for our campaigns or suggesting A/B tests they think might work well based on insights gained from other clients.
Due to recent website changes around how we capture marketing permissions, Redeye has been extremely helpful in supporting us to still be able to correctly contact our customers via email marketing whilst still adhering to GDPR.

Mobile preview not accurate when building emails, automatic saving can be a pain when halfway through building content, won't work with my google chrome unless in guest tab for some reason. Minimal moans, all in all great software
For me, it is a no-brainer. The software is incredibly user-friendly and enables a wide range of layouts and features to make your emails stand out. The training from Paul was first class and the best training I have received in my role by far. Paul also split the training over two sessions which enabled me to get to grips with the system and learn myself before moving on to advanced features of the builder. After the 2 sessions, I had a couple of calls with Paul when I had questions about features and ideas I'd like to implement, which he was accomodating with working around my WFH schedule. Lottie and Olivia are also fantastic, I genuinely can't express how great they are at what they do. No question is a chore & their responses are prompt and informative. Every interaction I have had with Redeye has been positive, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. So much so that I am moving companies and have asked what solutions they can offer. If that isn't the best recommendation I don't know what is.
Automation of emails including abandoned baskets, changing emails to more of an editorial format, adding dynamic content such as videos and countdown timers
Personable with a 'no problem is too big' approach. They cannot solve all of your problems yet they know how to LISTEN. Straight from implementation to live and each month, they continually allow you to deliver your KPIs and mine your database to yield the right message to the right customer.
If a technical problem occurs, you do not have a central number to call. One of the account managers is the first port of call which IT departments do not love. I.e. a resolution isn't defined quickly. The account manager needs to call somebody else etc...
Seriously consider the value of staying with your existing ESP. If it is just because you've been with them for x years, start looking. RedEye makes the complex simple and helps onboard many users from marketing to customer service.
ESPs make their money within the first year of on boarding you. If you do not double your revenue within a 2 year period with the ESP, you do not have the right account support.
The fact that not all ESPs need to be enterprise, a logic RedEye understands. We are not a massive business yet need more than Mailchimp. Simple and agile ways of scaling marketing automation is what RedEye does with ease.
The RedEye that I like best is the cloud-based system that manages and handles drawings, engineering documents and also delivers on time.
The RedEye that I dislike may have technical issues, redeye flights,usability problems, and legal difficulties for travellers
RedEye DMS is an open-source and cloud-based system for handling engineering information, solving problems like loss, visibility, and feedback, and benefiting users by improving quality and productivity. It is also difficult for travelers.
The platform is easy to use, and the automation options are endless. Our Account Manager is always on hand to help if we have any questions.
The platform can be slightly glitchy. When building emails, they sometimes don't autosave, meaning you lose work. I would also prefer a drag-and-drop system when creating emails. Currently, we work from a master template and delete modules we don't need, however, if you change your mind you can't drag that module back in.

The service provided by RedEye has always been to a great standard and delivers in time. Compared to other CRM services I personally have found RedEye to be one of the better suppliers. The platform is easy to use, and we have great automation options.
While writting emails, they sometimes don't autosave, meaning you lose work. It't tought to write the mails again. RedEye can make the interface userfriendly so that it will be easy to access.
Actually RedEye is the best CRM tool we can use. It has nice and good formats, performances. With easy handlng of the tool we got increased the sales from those who would have previously lapsed by 224.3%.
