Just in the last year 3 account managers have left RecVue so it takes an additional process to learn our current environment

Easy to use, customer service help is good, good for customization
A bit complicated to use with all the different options, can be hard to find what you are looking for. Would be better if there was an in depth guide to use
Good if you already know what you are doing for invoicing and pricing. Needs manual though be ready to contact support

The system is able to receive a feed by a push from our system.
Not being able to run multiple bill runs at the same time as well as the process time for bill runs. This should be a much faster system like explained on our initial meeting prior to choosing RecVue. CPI has been an ongoing issue for us with testing and processing for a year now.
Were able to push services into RecVue from our system CRM.
I like that this will cause fewer errors when it comes to invoicing. I also like the many different spreadsheets you can search for and use in my daily work.
I dislike not having some type of manual to assist with navigating the different sections of Recvue. There are some sections that cut off the name of the line item to which you have to click in to see what the item is.
Better invoicing to our clients which leads to fewer questions by them. Again, the spreadsheets you can create is very beneficial.
Recvue works with customers to customize the software, however at times that takes a lot of back and forth and time to get these things done.
At times there are glitches that are not able to be fixed or identified by our support members at Recvue. There is no documented training guide or reference to what each field means. Changes are made to settings and not conveyed properly to us. This makes our job challenging when the functionality of things change.

I like the user experience. Recvue is very easy to navigate and for the most part, intuitive.
There are no training guides available. We don't have a reference guide to tell us what each field means. We have to rely on our Recvue support members to tell us how things work, and answers are not consistent across support members. Often support members make changes and don't tell us, causing us to waste time trying to figure things out on our own. Communication needs to be improved upon.
Improved reporting, streamlined multi-org billing, improved user experience.
If you have a specific contract, you can see what has been billed to the customer and the cost associated.
It is difficult to manage failed uploads and difficult to find particular bill runs or execution of AP lines. The reporting could use some upgrades as well.
I have worked on a consumption model program for 5 years in a system that was not conducive. This system allows for that but we still need an application to manage consumption vs po amount.
It is a cloud product and does usage calculation's our company used to do in excel spreadsheets.
It is still an immature product, we seem to do be the testers, and ones identify issues that would not be found in a product that had been tested for years before. The data appearing on the screen could be modified so you see more of the bigger picture and not having to drill down into each line or item.
We are now implementing acquisitions we acquired years ago and getting out of excel file billing and legacy systems.

RECVUE is very easy to work with. They openly welcome ideas that improve the over functionality of their product, and always make every effort to tailor the system to your individual business needs.
Since it is a cloud system not all enhancements can be realized
The system is easy to navigate with flexible and customizable reporting tools, and its automation capabilities are just scratching the surface. In addition the 1 click Contract changes and Cancellations feature is really handy eliminating the need to manually calculate prorations.
There were 2 main business problems we needed to solve:
1. Automation of complex usage based calculations
2. Automation of CPI application
