Finally, a smart, reliable, and scalable recruitment CRM, applicant tracking and back office system. Love the google chrome extension and data enrichment platform. Easy to find emails for consultants and clients.
There is one small glitch, but it isn't critical, and they fixed it after reporting this.

I found RecruitBPM to be very Easy to be Talent Acquisition Software. With minimal training, I was up and running.
RecruitBPM after-hours support was taking longer. I work California time and after 6 pm it was a long hold.

PROS: First of all, I’m amazed of its support team, you can always get them on phone or contact them via email they respond quickly. Also, the platform is easily customizable and we can customize it according to our needs. In addition, they provide trial for each applicant which is extremely great. We can keep a track of sent emails and hiring managers can review them and their current status and position.
CONS: It takes some time if you want to customize the solution according to your company’s needs. They could make the system simpler.
