We are a small to medium business, we have about 15 people working full time, year round, and about 100+ seasonally. Prior to using HR Cloud everything was done manually, and with such a small full time staff this was challenging. HR Cloud's platform for on-boarding is what sold my company. We looked at many other HR suites, and stuck with HR Cloud because of the customization with checklists. The on-boarding suite is very dynamic. We've since purchased more of HR Cloud's structure including time off and ATS. We're very happy with the system as a whole. However, our favorite part of HR Cloud is the technical support. We have one person who is our main contact who is stellar. Occasionally when he is out of the office, I reach out using their chat feature and anyone I've spoken to has been very knowledgeable and helpful. Their follow through is fantastic!
I can't comment too much on what we dislike, as every issue we've raised has been addressed and if it's not something they're able to fix or do immediately, they always have a game plan, a target resolution, and open communication through the process.
Quickbooks integration was a big thing for us that wasn't working smoothly with HR Cloud, the issue is continually being worked on and as of now, I believe resolved.
