It's built specifically for brokers & agents so every step of transaction communication and management is incorporated. They're continually upgrading the platform and adding connections to other resources via Zapier so it's becoming a one-stop solution. The dashboard, tagging, true CRM, workflows, samples and templates make it highly productive. Responsive support is first class. We chose RealVolve because they were responsive, have the most tools ready to deploy. RealVolve has a kick-ass manual of everything you need to know about how to set it up and get it going. They seem to be adding more training videos and features all the time.
I believe RealVolve is addressing a couple of issues such as automated email marketing campaigns. Setting them up and scheduling the date for automated sending on that date is needed so you don't have to go back in and click send. Like any new software the learning curve takes some time and attention. We looked at 4-6 different CRMs for real estate clients and none had everything. Unlike some, RealVolve seems to be addressing the gaps more than others that have been around a while and are getting stale.
Take a true test drive of the CRMs you are considering. Do a side by side comparison and when you make a commitment, devote the time to set-up and start using the platform. Your business and you deserve to focus on the benefits and advantages you'll get when you use RealVolve.
Our clients are able to manage their client tracking, communications, transaction workflow and segmentation for retention, reviews and referrals in one place. They can also track revenue and their teams' progress. It's helpful to be able to see how your partners (mortgage officers, inspectors, etc) are staying on top of things or if closing dates are being delayed so they can make sure their partners are serving clients well too.
Keeps me on track and focused for each transaction.
Hard to find any dislikes, this program is very user friendly.
Realvolve keeps my workflows for each transaction organized. The email reminders each day make sure that I'm on top of each transaction.
how it groups each of my transactions together and keeps all of the players in the same spot. Also I don't have to send the same e-mail to 4 people - i just write it once
I wish it had a better integration with gmail.
need of a better CRM - saved the
Realvolve was probably one of the better task management systems I've ever used. It allowed us to set up work flows, assign users to certain tasks, and then set up campaigns that sent targeted emails to certain clients based on their actual needs vs. just blasting everyone with the same information. I enjoyed the ability to check off my part and then it would instantly kick it over to the next person in the chain of events so we were all on track. It made adding clients simple and then adding additional family members or spouses later. Many CRM systems don't allow you to drill down on client information quite as far when creating a marketing campaign, or even just sending holiday cards, but realvolve made that very quick and simple.
Creating the work flows could be very complicated. Once they were in place they were WONDERFUL! But getting them there was something that you had to be an expert at. There were really only 1 or 2 people in the office that knew how to do it so individual agents couldn't really do that part for themselves.
Actually keeping track of clients and where they are in their buying process is something that can be very difficult in a busy office. As the marketing manager it's so important to know the who, what, when, where, and why of each client so that they can be given a personal experience that will make them want to generate that word of mouth referral business and realvolve allowed us to classify everyone based on what was most important to them and how we could meet that need. I could set up multiple campaigns with ease and once they were enrolled in that campaign it was smooth sailing from that point forward with the client.
Being able to link the transaction events to Google calendar for busy agents
The website can have long loading times.
It's definitely worth the money each month to stay on top of things without spending too much time on nonsensical work.
I'm solving potential missed deadlines in the transaction that could ruin it. I've realized that I can include customized templates and save general contact info for different parties that I reuse in transactions.
Every CRM has it's pros and cons but the main thing about RealVolve is that 1. They have great support 2. It is formatted for what agents really need.
1. Email Marketing can't really be done on a large scale via Realvolve
2. They are still working on their app
Have your Contact/Client Spreadsheet formatted the way they want it to be uploaded. For marketers helping agents, make sure your client knows exactly the tags they want attributed before they start the onboarding process.
RealVolve is fantastic for client tracking and communications. It has a streamlined layout that makes it easy for you to track communications and documents throughout the sales process.
Workflows - they are amazing and keep the business detailed for all parties so we do not miss a beat! I love the dynamic "groups" too - really helps makes the deal go smoothly.
It's hard to see the workflow in a linear fashion. It's not set up to be very visual, which I am. It's difficult to do audits and improvements because of this layout.
Keeping the process standard and making sure nothing gets dropped when it comes to contracts and customer service.
I love the features the CRM provides - easy to use and automated
Setting up workflows and templates can be challenging
It will help your business

There is a heavy learning curve with the Realvolve system.

Predictive Analytics & Workflows. Everyone in sales knows they should work their database, stay in touch with past clients and their sphere. In real estate I never meant to Not keep in touch, but as a solo agent it is hard to be the I.T., advertising, marketing, sales, secretary and admin departments, give the clients you are working with top service AND stay in touch. Staying in touch in a regular way always paid the price by default of 50+ hour work weeks. No longer. Once I entered my 23 years int he business database/sphere/past clients/current clients, and past sales, the predictive analytics in Realvolve kicked in and showed me just how much I should make in the next 12 months just by working my existing database at the same avg sale price/commission/churn rate. Talk about a paradigm shift! That is a new kind of daily energy and is making such a difference in my business: not only am I staying in touch because the workflows automate it for me, it has made my days, weeks and months more efficient at the same time being able to Do more. Honestly there Are other CRMs that offer 'workflows' so when demo-ing a new CRM that was not some huge news to me......as a now almost 25yr real estate veteran, it was the Predictive Analytics that Sold me! I love the workflows and the integrations with video platform, texts, email, calendar, etc. as well. I'm sold on Realvolve.
The learning curve is intimidating and some days a little overwhelming. If you're newer in the business, maybe not so much. I've entered ALL my files/people/sales going back to 1995. That took a hot minute to not only verify all info as current, but obtain current emails, birthdays, cell numbers, work, social media And then tag everyone correctly.....well that took me several months. It was Totally worth it, but still pretty time intensive. I do wish Realvolve would take their Workflows (the ones included with subscription And the ones you've paid for) and allow you a screen view of the entire workflow at once. This would make it Incredibly easier and more intuitive to modify and customize. This is probably my biggest dislike.
1) Transitioning to doing ALL emails and texts with my database from within Realvolve has taken awhile to get used to, simply because I am not used to it. But again, the more you use it the more the analytics abilities pay off....as well as keeping all your communication associated with that client much easier than creating folders within your mail/outlook, etc. 2) I expect to greatly increase my total volume over the next 10-12 months beyond what I thought would be possible without a full time assistant and keep my weekly work hours the same or less. Quality of life is reward beyond dollars.
