What do you like best about ReadyContacts?

Have worked with Vaibhav + team on a number of custom requests over the years and more than other vendors, they have always been responsive, willing to explore, and quick to get back with results. Their customer service has been a differentiator for us.

What do you dislike about ReadyContacts?

Minimums have gone up over the years but typically the team will work with you to assist on any project.

Recommendations to others considering ReadyContacts:

Good option for quality data and quick turnaround.

What problems is ReadyContacts solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data quality is good and they've expanded their data sets beyond standard contact fills - some of the specific audience sets have been very helpful.

I really liked how simple the interface was to use and navigate between contacts and tools

I disliked the fact that the admin side was impossible to set up. There were a ton of bugs and glitches

What do you like best about ReadyContacts?

Responsive to requests. They were polite.

What do you dislike about ReadyContacts?

I was really disappointed with the leads provided by ReadyContacts. 95%+ of the contacts had nothing to do with my target audience at all. The phone numbers provided were generic bank branch support numbers. Moreover, the email addresses were fabricated using standard email convention, the first and last name of the lead plus the company domain. The data provided added 0 value to my campaign, a waste of time and resources. I couldn't imagine anyone deriving any value from their shady operation. Your TIME and RESOURCES are better spent elsewhere.

What problems is ReadyContacts solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problem: leads for new business.
