What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Reachdesk is a great tool for gifting clients. Very easy to use and easy to track which gifts have been claimed or not! Message customization is a bonus and looks sleek. Love that a tool like this exists, to help further relationship-building with clients.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

The tool is very user friendly and there is nothing to dislike!

What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reachdesk helps me to build stronger relationships with my clients, allowing me to send tokens of appreciation. Very easy to use and was not a burden for me to do - loved checking in to see which clients were accepting gifts.

What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Rachdesk is highly User friendly and I can see if customers have opened or claimed the coffee card. We can use multiple number of times in a day and their Custmer Suport is great.

It improves attendence in demo meetings and helps to convert leads and generate more revenue.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

Reach Desk could be more useful if they they provided some tips to write a great gift email. Some examples would be helpful.

What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reach Desk gift cards help to make sure that there is 100% attendence during the demo meetings which increases productivity and helps to convert leads and generate revenue.

What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Reachdesk is helping us make our external and internal customers happy through gifting. The platform is easy to use and intuitive. Our account manager Aoife is an amazing person who is always happy to help and I am always looking forward to our catch ups.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

The time it takes to create personalised swag If we choose to make it directly with the Reachdesk team.

What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reachdesk is great for storing our items in their warehouses. They help us delivery new joiners' swag before they join our company, and we send gifts to our customers. It is easy enough to send stuff through Reachdesk with quick delivery.

What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Single platform enabling rewards to existing customers with thoughtful physical gifts alongside incentives for prospects.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

Haven't really found any downsides in usage so far. Apart from working out gift value in local currencies instead of having a single master currency for admin side of things. But it's not a problem really.

Using as customer success for existing customers, re igniting prospects conversations and opening doors for new prospects.

What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Easy to use platform allows me to seemlessly delivery gifts to my customers. I use it multiple times a month. It saves me from having to think about what gifts I'd like to purchase and then have to go out and purchase these individually across various retailers.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

No real dislikes. Perhaps would like to see them continue to grow their variety of different gifts and add more retailer gift cards.

What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automation of gift-giving. It also avoids me having to ask my customers and prospects sensitive / private questions regarding their personal home addresses for gift delivery.

What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Now that we've been using Reachdesk for more than 1 year, we have plenty of gift options to pick from in both CA and US.

Gifts can be branded with our logo.

Directly integrated with our client and prospect contact details in Salesforce.

Good client support when we have issues.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

It used to be the lack of gifting options in Canada but it has been resolved. Cannot think of anything I now dislike. Keep up the great work

One centralized marketplace with a wide choice of gifts to deliver to prospects and clients in an automated manner. Integrated with our CRM for ease of use.

I wish there was more gifting options on your market place for places like South America and Canada.
