It gets one hired for a job that is fantastic

Dislike whenever the HR falsesly flags resumes or forms based on spacing.

Hiring and firing personnel on an accurate basis

Its simplistic (once you learn the ropes of how to use it), large capacity for data and relatively decent templates for emails, mailers etc.

It is definitely outdated in comparison to other CRM softwares out there today. It is not too intuitive, can't integrate with other software (from my experience/knowledge) and does tend to lag/crash.

It was good to store data, pull data reports and filter information when needed.

This software is easy to use and has many required features. we can just add any features we want but there are additional costs that must be paid for each update.

This software has standard CRM features for recruitment and it is a good thing if you use this and have never used CRM before.

we can add or hide several fields and can add document templates that can make the workflow easier,the good news is we can integrate into any third party we want and they will help us to do it.

It looks like the technology used is a bit outdated and uses the desktop version, hopefully in the next few years the process in the desktop version can be moved to the web version, for now using the desktop version is not a problem because those who use it are our employees while prospective employees can access the website and register there. There are several pages that if we open it can display many windows which are a little confusing.

Nothing, worst piece of recruitment software and awful customer service

- Both their previous version and 'new' version are awful. The older version is clunky, out of dated, horrible user interface, buggy and crashes. While their new one, lacks basic functions and suffers from a lot of down time, not acceptable when running a business.

- Their virtual office. Don't even bother using it or thinking of using it.

- Customer service, they want an additional fee for anything, even if this was sold as a 'standard feature'. If their system has gone offline, which happens 3-4 times a day for a minimum of 5 minutes up to 2 hours, you will not get any helpful advice or support from their support teams.
