The web design is clean, simple and precise, the learning curve is short. The tools it contains are sufficient for the vast majority of companies, the customization of labels, folders and names along with the different configurations offered, makes it a perfect tool when it comes to organization within a company. The best utility is the ability to share files, images and documents of the company between the team, without the need to take up space on your computer, without having to be on the same network.

I have no complaints at this time, I just need to work on fixing some bugs. Something that is very common in all programs. So far the tools it has are enough for me, if they add more in the future I would expect them to be useful.

Everything that this program offers us is used, so it has greatly benefited the company. The main benefit is to be able to share different files through the cloud, and to allow easy viewing of them and the ability to modify them quickly if necessary.

I like that it allows for quick instrument updates without having to broadcast a notice of minor adjustments. y Transferring large documents is no longer a problem when you can direct users to the central page. In addition, the interface is very intuitive and allows the end user self-service.

I find that Auto-tagging is not very accurate. and The software missed some opportunities for project management. Outside of this I really liked the easy to use interface and unlimited guest users.

Papercut is a very modern interface, clean and easy to understand. It's also pretty cool as they allow you to build custom integrations with their various tools to mainly manage your images. is our core image management solution for a content-driven website.

I like how customizable this platform is when it comes to how you keep your files organized. You can utilize a folder system or rely solely on tags to manage and easily find your files when you need them. Great for freeing up space on your computer hard drive!

I have had trouble in the past with the program's search function. Despite knowing our files use certain keywords in their titles, searching for those keywords does not bring them up in search results. We've had issues with outside agencies being able to easily find all files as well.

Be sure to do your research ahead of time and work with your entire organization to ensure everyone uses the system in the same way. This will be key to ensuring your files are easily found by all who need them.

We are primarily solving the problem of needing more space to keep our files properly organized. Razuna also helps us easily share files with partners, printers and other outside agencies (much better than emailing files back and forth!).

Pricing is excellent!. There are a lot of functions available like versioning, re rendering, sharing, etc. It is pretty easy to use and yet has some robust features!

The UI could definitely be updated. It's not terrible, just a little old.

It is definitely worth looking into if you need a digital asset manager!

We use it to host all of our digital assets so that we have everything in one place and it creates searching for and filtering through items waaaay easier. It is also a great way to share items with outside vendors!
