I love that it covers everything from start to finish. You enter the customer, create the WO, Let the customer know digitally when on the way, invoice and estimate - everything, all in one place! You can pull a variety of reports and it will communicate with other software that you already use. We also love the scheduling feature and setup. You can see all your employees appointments for the day, which makes it clear who can go where!
The only thing I think RazorSync could work on would be more customizations for invoice and estimate layouts. They only have the one template for each and you can't customize them. They aren't very aesthetically pleasing, so we end up sending them to our customers via another software we use.
Research other software and you will quickly see that the price and functionality is hard to beat! They offer trials and will do a mock set up for you so you can test out the software before committing. They have support assistance in chat which makes it very easy to get answers when needed as well as a comprehensive help center.
We are able to track when the technicians are on their way to the next appointment without them calling us to let us know. We love that we can set up our customers to receive an automatic text confirmation when the technician is en route, onsite, etc. It has also aided in us having everything we need to know about our customers in one place versus multiple apps and spreadsheets.
The only redeeming side to this software is it works in conjunction with Quickbooks for payroll and billing. (At least at first) Customer service was always readily available even if they had no clue what was needed to solve an issue.
I learned very quickly that Quickbooks was not as integrated as I was led to believe. I had to do a lot of manual entries which was time consuming.
I would suggest you go with Service Titan. Pay the extra to get what you need.
It never solved anything. I would advise to go with Service Titan.
It offers integrations with QuickBooks for payroll and billing. Maybe it wasn't set up well at my place of work. I did like that customer service was prompt and that they did have courses available for training purposes.
Again, maybe it wasn't properly set up on my place of work, and I was never able to use it to its full capacity. To my personal experience, the integration never happened, I still had to bill and create payroll manually on my QuickBooks side.
Make sure you get two people trained by razorsync team and make sure the features you are looking for work properly the first time you use it. Otherwise it will be a pain in the butt.
The client that used Razorsync, was always on the road, and they would log in the hours and the jobs they did during the day, then I would create invoices out of those work orders, but I never got the actual integration running so it was a mess.
It has great record keeping, but that's the only thing I like best
Do not work most the time and in extreme busy times it fails us alot.

Does not solve many problems at all. Scheduling is good. Does not work well with other softwares. Record keeping is the only benefit I am seeing

PROS: I am truly glad that I stumbled upon Razor Sync because it makes life easier for everyone at the office. The primary function of this tool is to basically take our workflow to the next level. We don't have to spend too much time creating manual invoices, tracking attendance, and computing for payroll every two weeks. Also, tech appointments are easily tracked and scheduled via the app to make sure that we would be able to attend to each of our clients while on the field.
CONS: I think that Razor Sync is an efficient app to work with. However, there are some opportunities that they need to work on. For example, the templates that we use are quite limited. As much as I would like to customize it by adding more details I am unable to do it because of its restrictions.
