We have successfuly managed to replace at least four different spreadsheets to one simple dashboard in Raynet CRM. You can easily edit columns, save your own overview and share it with your colleagues. I also love the virtual assistant – you just bcc important e-mail to CRM. Also love the integration with our CMS - we see all the leads in the CRM immeditialy.
Raynet is fast/simple/UX friendly CRM, not sophisticated business intelligence tool. For quick view it is good enough, but for agency needs we need to combine data from Raynet and our other tools.
If you want to start with CRM and not just talk about it, I think RAYNET is a great choice. We started with the free version, completed the onboarding and webinar and in a few days we had solved most of the problems we were facing when "moving" our sales to a higher level.

There's nothing that really bothers us. We love Raynet and use it every day. Raynet is constantly being improved, so there are bugs being fixed every now and then.
We needed to keep track of our clients and suppliers. We were using spreadsheets before, but it was no longer sufficient. With CRM, we can automate some repetitive tasks and that saves us time.

No problems
Raynet CRM does many great things and can offer tools for different situations. For us, an overview of leads, business cases and all the related information is critical. All this information is provided clearly and can be easily worked with. This makes working in a team simple, and data is not lost. One of the things I also find interesting is Raynet's ability to create sub-windows within a single browser window. What I like is the speed of the application itself. I've probably never had a time when I got stuck somewhere in the application, even when performing operations over hundreds of records. As the last point, it is worth mentioning that Raynet is constantly working on the whole application (there are updates to the application multiple times a month). All in all, Raynet gives me a clear overview of where all our business activities are, making us faster and more efficient as a team. We've been using Raynet since 2014 and I think that in itself is a testament to how happy we are with the tool.
Until recently, I missed some of the filtering options, either over business cases or leads. Also, I was not too fond of the old business board UI. However, both of these points were resolved by Raynet in 2021, so this is no longer the case.
Raynet mainly solved our problems with inefficiency and occasional data loss. We are now more efficient, get more done in less time, and don't lose any data. We have visibility of all activities in the team and know what stages each business case or lead is in.
I like how easy you can work with the CRM, it is very intuitive for everyone. The way you can manage all your tasks and contacts is very very very helpful. I use Raynet CRM for more than 7 years and I wouldn´t change it!
There is nothing I dislike about Raynet. If there is anything I want to change I just contact the great support. They are very helpful and are here for the clients every day and that´s what we really appreciate in our business.
When you do not have any CRM system you do not have you business under control. Since we started to use it our sales numbers are higher! Raynet is one of our successful actions we mention when speaking about our success.
What is unique about Raynet is that you don't get just an awesome tool, but you'll become a part of Raynet community. You will get encouraged and inspired to be a better salesman and business developer. Their online lectures and presentations are amazing.
I didn't like the design of the app, but recently the Raynet team redesigned the whole application. It now uses the screen space much more effectively. I don't see any shortcomings now.
Our business cases take months on average to close. Understanding where are we at and what is the history of the case helps us to increase the conversion rate. We've experimented with a lot of different sales processes and each time we were able to adjust Raynet configuration to keep up! You can configure the flow, filters, views, add fields and connect APIs, so it doesn't matter what your next process is, Raynet will never be the bottleneck.
Best feature is definitely UX and UI of the tool. It is easy to orient and works with this tool. Much easier than with more robust competition. And also the guide which is made by Raynet is really helpful and funny, so it makes it easier to adapt on beginning
Absence of automatization processes in the tool. But as I know from helpdesk, it is in development process so it should be solved in this year.
Raynet offers me complete control about invoices and keep track of work with clients. I am able to store whole history of communications, meetings and other things, so I can see it even from my colleagues and in few minutes know everything I need even if I never saw that client and colleague is thousands mile away.
Best customer support. Amazing people who not only create a great tool but keep providing other materials and tutorials, keeping the community engaged and active.
Nothing to dislike really. I'm very happy about the design change, that was the only thing that I would point out.

Even though it is the same system for all the customers, you can modify it a lot through various optional fields and busines types without any programming. Relations and connection between all entities are the best added value for our business. Their customer support is also above standard and always ready to help.
Variety of options and functions can be sometimes confusing and hiding them would be a good idea. Also you have to be ready for low chance of modifying the CRM according to your specific needs because it is a standardized application.
We have all our clients, stakeholders and key activities in one system. As our activities connected with innovation ecosystem are quite diverse, we are able to track them all there and have an overview throughout the whole organisation.

Besides the product on very good level, it is the team behind this app. We have worked together for more than 5 years and I have seen their progress over the years. They are still not that big as HubSpot etc., which is good but also bad because sometimes it is hard to break the market barriers so give them a chance, you will get great value in sales software which is still lighweight yet robust.
