PROS: Raven Tools is a simple and easy to use platform which helps me conveniently show quality reports to our team members. It’s a big help in creating comprehensive website reports, and it runs smoothly with Google Analytics. It is compatible with Facebook and other big social media sites as well.

CONS: This reporting app works fantastic. I haven’t stumbled upon any problems while using it.

PROS: Great reporting tool. Raven provides you with powerful combination of SEO tools and integrations with analytic platforms and monitoring tools. I like dashboards and reporting features. I would like to see integrations with Google+, Pinterest, Instagram and other social networks.

CONS: Raven has changed their data partners many times, but these changes caused some problems and this is part of the outsourcing data providers. I would like to see option to resize the widgets in the dashboard. Raven lacks support of their platform so we need to use other tools in addition.

PROS: This platform has a great user support team that always helps me when needed. Also, it has terrific features and has an affordable price.

CONS: The platform doesn’t look great in terms of interface design. Also, it has a quite sluggish system which makes it slow when gathering data.

PROS: For low price I can check webmaster accounts, PPC, SEO, social media accounts and analytics, also I have access to various tools and resources. Raven Tools provides you with clear and easy to read reports and informative, there is an option to share the reports with other users. The reports are detailed and with great explanation of what everything means and helps you to find issues and teaches you how to resolve the issues.

CONS: I love this product, but sometimes I have problem with finding specific report. It takes so much time to search for the report.

PROS: Working with Raven Tools is like having an assistant who works correctly, constantly and it’s very helpful. I am amazed of reporting and research features. I am able to create clear customized reports with specific piece of information that my clients need. I have easy competitive analysis and site audits. I use the Event manager tool to record my progress, completed tasks and to measure effects.

CONS: When I share this software with others I don’t receive notifications of the changes they make.

PROS: Raven tools allows me to manage various user’s social media, PPC, SEM and SEO. I can keep track of my progress and share the success with my clients, I have easy collaboration with my employees and contractors. Must have tool for every department that want to keep track of their project and work progress.

CONS: There is nothing that I dislike about the software, all I want to see is strong media monitoring and scheduling options.

PROS: What I love about raven tool is that everything is in one place, and I can efficiently manage all my clients and keep track of their needs thanks to reporting and analytic features. Raven’s options and features are easy to use and very customizable. Also, we use this app to perform research for organic marketing.

CONS: We would like to see some changes in pricing options for long term users, we are using Raven Tools for more than 3 years and we are paying monthly.
