"RapidStart CRM is a great shortcut"
What do you like best about RapidStart CRM?

RapidStart CRM gave us an excellent foundation for our customized app. We are a Nonprofit and do not have the staff to build the entire CRM on our own. RapidStart has been a great way to kick-start the process for us without starting at ground zero.

What do you dislike about RapidStart CRM?

Some customizations have been challenging to work with because there is no explanation of the setup of the app available to customers who are developing on top of RapidStart CRM

What problems is RapidStart CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Without RapidStart CRM, my team would have had to develop our CRM from the ground up. As a Nonprofit, we do not have the funds for Dynamics 365 or the staff to create our own app independently.

What do you like best about RapidStart CRM?

Rapid Start CRM is an incredible product offering from Forceworks. It is built entirely on the Microsoft Dynamics environment and is ready to go "out of the box with all the CRM features a growing business requires.

You can set up Rapid Start CRM in a Microsoft environment and customize all sorts of functionality, including outlook integration, customer email and phone tracking, email templates, etc.

We found we could easily customize almost everything in Rapid Start CRM as it is standard-built on Microsoft. The dataverse tables all follow Microsoft, allowing us to extend functionality with Microsoft Graph API.

What do you dislike about RapidStart CRM?

There are a few functions that are specific to Rapid Start that can cause minor issues when trying to implement complex customizations.

These are very unlikely to affect the vast majority of business customers. For example, we needed a more traditional relational database approach to linking family accounts and contacts. We also did not need the contact "prospect" architecture.

Also, we find the whole "user" and "teams" structure confusing.

What problems is RapidStart CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integrating your customer relationship management challenges, especially for sales and service, solves the challenge of integrating one easy-to-use solution.

Through straightforward software customization, we could extend customer service tasks specific to an educational institution, such as tracking student registration, attendance, and performance reporting.
