What do you like best about rampmetrics?

The product is easy-to-use and has excellent customer service. I've used some MarTech products where the product was great but the support was minimal. These guys really work with you to make sure it's functioning as desired. They're also great at listening to customer feedback to help continuously improve their product.

What do you dislike about rampmetrics?

Nothing really. It's still a pretty young product. I've been very pleased that any time we'd have issues with Rampmetrics, their team has worked with us to address.

What problems is rampmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Marketing attribution. We have a very long sales cycle and it's great to be able to connect the dots to figure out what's working. It's helping us be smarter about where we spend our marketing budget.

What do you like best about rampmetrics?

The tool is extremely straightforward but provides amazing, understandable insights into what's going on in your funnel

The team is top-tier

Folds nicely into our toolset - Tableau, Marketo, Salesforce

What do you dislike about rampmetrics?

There hasn't been full adoption in my org (which is a limitation of our org rather than RM)

What problems is rampmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

The tool is extremely straightforward but provides amazing, understandable insights into what's going on in your funnel.

Rampmetrics makes it so incredibly easy to clean up data inconsistencies through their data cleaning feature.

What do you like best about rampmetrics?

Pros of Rampmetrics:

- Easy setup/onboarding

- Great communciation

- Total pipeline metrics out of the box

- Velocity reporting

- Attribution models

- ABM analytics

- Unify marketing data across CRM, Web, and MAP

What do you dislike about rampmetrics?

No major dislikes. Compared to competitors or alternatives I heavly favor Rampmetrics. UI/UX can sometimes be a bit tricky.

What problems is rampmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ramp is solving our Marketing analytics needs across the B2B organization to include:

- Lead volume and conversions

- MQL volume and velocity

- Pipeline and revenue attributes

Making our marketing spend and efforts more strategic

"RampMetrics makes *everything* easy"
What do you like best about rampmetrics?

I had no idea metrics could be so easy to capture with a single solution. RampMetrics pulls everything together in a simple, elegant way. If I'm asked about a single program, I can instantly answer just how successful (Touches, MQLs, Opportunities, etc.) that program was or how successful a broader campaign was as well. The SFDC integration is seamless. UI is fabulous. An amazing platform!

What do you dislike about rampmetrics?

Honestly? Nothing. New features keep coming.

If you'd like to streamline processes and care about ROI, just use RampMetrics.

What problems is rampmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

I started pulling data for my weekly reporting the same day I got my RampMetrics login - it's that easy to learn. The data that used to take me a few hours each week to pull is done now completed within 30 minutes. No more pulling data from multiple spreadsheets, it's now done on one platform. An added benefit is the amazing team who is very friendly and eager to help us uncover new features and benefits.

"Demand Generation Teams Must Have Tool"
What do you like best about rampmetrics?

From a demand generation perspective I love that I can see what's working and where to double down all in one platform!

With RampMetrics I am able to

- automatically pull of ad spend cost from the major b2b marketing ad network making it easy to see cost per lead and return on marketing spend

- push offline conversion data to Google

- Integrate with other tools like Uberflip for content engagement attribution

- Slice and dice the data so many different ways

- Pull metrics for board slides as well as pull performance for specific campaigns to be more strategic

I also like that it provides conversation tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics in one application! Unlike other attribution tools you can also do conversion tracking across all channel both online and offline (paid media, organic search, social media, email, events, etc.)

*Bonus* The team is awesome to work with and are experts on marketing operations and attribution.

What do you dislike about rampmetrics?

Nothing! They are continuously adding new features!

Recommendations to others considering rampmetrics:

Get a demo! So many possibilities to slice and dice data. The team is super knowledgeable and hold your hand along the way!

What problems is rampmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

RampMetrics helps us solve the gap of logging into multiple tools to get analytics and gives us a holistic view of our marketing funnel. I am able to see what campaigns perform well, where I should be doubling down, and what programs are not working well for us.

What do you like best about rampmetrics?

Bringing all the KPIs together to make our data actionable was a major headache, but RampMetrics was the perfect solution. The RampMetrics team made customizing the data we needed a breeze. Instead of pulling data from multiple places and spending hours to cross reference it on spreadsheets, we now could get those insights with a push of a few buttons. Now we have single source of truth, with easy to use reports that we could slice and dice as we needed.

That there are even more options than I have had a chance to leverage yet.

What do you like best about rampmetrics?

Multi-variate analysis across campaigns, mediums, and assets. Very intuitive and easy to use for quick analysis and drill-down. I really like the waterfall and conversion graphics with easy pivoting and drill-downs.

What do you dislike about rampmetrics?

I hear having reports created and emailed based on a schedule are in the works. Looking forward to it!

What do you like best about rampmetrics?

My team can answer just about any marketing performance question that comes up, whether it be how did this campaign do? Or how is a specific channel performing? Or what is the lead status of the MQL's we just generated? We can look very broadly at webinars and we can zero in on just the big one we did last month.

What do you dislike about rampmetrics?

There is no downside to using RampMetrics, it can only help to make you a smarter, more strategic marketer. I'm anxious for the Drift integration which I believe is coming very soon.

Recommendations to others considering rampmetrics:

Consider RampMetrics if you want a platform that is more flexible and a team that can help you customize it for your specific needs. I've used competitors and what you get out of the box, is what you get.

What problems is rampmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Each of my team members analyze and export data for the programs they own because it is so easy to learn and use. We pull data for board slides and team presentations, as well as check daily to see how campaigns are progressing through the funnel. We can easily view a cohort report, something I've struggled with in SFDC for years, or we can view by actuals. It is a flexible platform that allows us to examine the data from all angles, as well as quickly provide answers to the questions most commonly asked.

We have used the data in RampMetrics to assist us with our forecasting and funnel planning as well. The team is amazing and very helpful in assisting with how to present the data and new insights we have not uncovered.

What do you like best about rampmetrics?

Rampmetrics was designed by Marketing Ops professionals to get work done internally. Turns out their product was highly competitive with all the other players. It's a nimble product that continues to be iterated on, improving as demand increases. It's nice to have a problem to solve and to be able to work with the Rampmetrics team to derive a solution, and if that requires a product enhancement -- they make it happen.

What do you dislike about rampmetrics?

Much like all Martech, everyone's situation is different. Because there's no "one, right way" there are many ways to slice, dice, and interpret data. Some things require your database and codebase to be added to, or manipulated to get consistent data -- but such is life with all products out there.

Recommendations to others considering rampmetrics:

Get a demo and see for yourself. I had a couple people sit in on one, and they were ALL impressed.

What problems is rampmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some quick wins, literally on day 1, was to find that there was an abandonment rate for form submission attempts that we were not aware of. We're also able to reconcile marketing campaigns with rampmetrics campaigns in our CRM, which for the time being, is an ongoing validation of our programs. That doesn't' even begin to actually touch on the attribution and reporting side of the product (their bread and butter).

A great feature Rampmetrics provides is the constant ability to "turn on ABM mode" -- which allows you to see attribution/reporting at the lead level, or the account level without having to refresh, re-run, or change reports. It's very fluid and easy to change perspective.
