The platform is clean and easy to get acclimated to. There are lots of mobile numbers which is super helpful to our BDR team. The team was easy to work with and willing to work with us to find the right plan. Not pushy sales like some of the others we experienced.

As GroupBDO had to make the change from our former database supplier, Data.com we were; quite frankly, a little scared of what the marketplace presented to us. We were use to getting information quickly and without fuss and after looking at several of the vendors we did not feel that we could see a fit until we came across RampedUp in the Data.com blog! We are glad that we did and have been very happy with our unlimited downloads and the ease of use.

I love the convenience, Rampedup is extremely simple to utilize! Easy to search, export, and save the search results. Ability to effortlessly find and pull contacts in bulk. I truly appreciate the filters which likewise make lead search simple! With everything taken into account, phenomenal!

So far so good, but some of the small company's are not in database, but I hope as they are adding data simultaneously it will be not a case in future.

The availability of various filters to get sorted results as per your necessity, and also liked the option to save the searches to use them in future.

Some of the data fields like address, employees, revenue, etc.. needs to be in uniform format as there is some discrepancies right now.

The ability to filter by various categories such as job title, SIC codes, or location allows me to target the most relevant leads to my campaigns. I also really appreciate that all of the contacts selected go through an email validation process prior to me contacting them. Also, there's a really personalized onboarding process that shows they want you to succeed.

As with any data provider, there are sometimes incorrect contacts or people that have retired/left their position, but there aren't many - especially compared to other vendors that we've tried.

Also, I love the fact that they are constantly adding new options to their UI. They do not have 24/7 support from what I can see but they do get back to our team immediately during normal business hours.
