Application sslowness performance and Database issues which we are unable sole, Sixthsense helped to solve the problem

Their customer support team is really amazing. The customer success manager is very friendly & easily reachable unlike others. The tool is very light in weight. the level of tracing they do for all logs, traces, metrics is very good, helps in quick troubleshooting.

Downtime of the app, proper prior notice should be given. I see improvement now, but still. This needs to be taken care of, on priority.

I have been seeing consistent reduction in my apps MTTD & MTTR along with improved application's performance.

Team's productivity has also increased. I like their Infra monitoring the best.

Database monitoring is what I have used extensively & I am really happy with the tool & the customer support service as well. They are super quick & efficient in the work.

Allerting Management needs to really improved for future requirements.

Using Rakuten SixthSense is helping my organization in multiple ways. Their user-friendly dashboard experience is too good. Massive reduction is MTTD & MTTR for our app. Very helpful for the engineering teams as well. The productivity & efficiency of the team members have increased after we have deployed Rakuten SixthSense.

Super-quick loading of the tool, easily understandable UI. Also, I love the support team & their dedication towards their work. Really passionate people.

Needs improvement on the outages. Although not much is there but still.

To reduce the dependencies involved in deployment of agents, they should come up with more agent-less installations for more tech stacks. A lot of time is wasted of both party teams.

Not as of any dislikes now. But I'll surely put them across the team whenever I come across any for the betterment of the tool.

Using Rakuten SixthSense for all my observability needs,it is really helping me & my team in solving the challenges of managing, handling & analyzing loads of log & metrices data. The app performance has increased, fater & quicker issue resolution & better team productivity is seen.
