To be honest I have used several different platforms for membership based applications . Features and UI are always important but customer service is most critical in my opinion and Raklet delivers in this department.
I like the features but really wish they would integrate pabbly for automations, instead of just zappier.
I have used other membership based platforms, however being able to livestream using the zoom feature adds a much needed dynamic to a private platform. and that is very valuble in this day and age.
As an admin for Erin's Hope for Friends, Raklet has been instrumental in managing our events and engaging our members. The platform's user-friendly interface makes it easy to schedule and track both virtual and in-person events. This has been particularly useful during the pandemic when we had to pivot to online gatherings.
The members-only feature ensures that our events are exclusive and secure, providing a safe space for our members to interact and connect.
The ability to list past and upcoming events clearly is another significant advantage, allowing our members to plan their participation effectively.
Overall, Raklet has been largely beneficial for our organization. The only area where improvements could be made for us is having recurring events so that we can set up our weekly/monthly events at once. They recently launched a cloning event functionality which helps, but it would be great to be able to create recurring events. This feature would save us time and make the event management process even more efficient.

I really like the individual event pages and easy ticket fee collection. We organize events regularly and managing attendance is a breeze now.
At first, we couldn't quite figure out how to disable features we weren't going to use. We needed a simple system and didn't want too much to have to sort through. Luckily, we figured it out with their help.
We were on their free plan and upgraded a few months ago. So far I can say that Raklet is a great product to manage organizations and memberships. It's simpler to use and cheaper than most competitors but does all the same things.
PROS: Raklet helps us more easily disseminate marketing messages and calls for donations to members of the organization. Their payment can be done in a few clicks and absent the login process that is usually required when making payments. In addition, this platform centralized our response system, enabling us to rely on members' inquiries with more organization.
CONS: Raklet's features and commands are highly flexible for customization, allowing us to develop mechanisms tailored to the needs of our organization. However, it can still give more room for customization to allow ticket confirmation, among others.
PROS: Raklet is a super-platform that allows you to perform all tasks needed in organizing an event. No more jumping from one app to another. With Raklet, you can promote events, raise and collect donations, invite and communicate with invited guests, send their tickets, and even update membership statuses or process membership applications. This makes our work a lot more efficient as we can work using only one software. For a very robust and versatile platform, Raklet also amazes with its easy-to-use, centralized interface
CONS: We would really benefit from visualization tools so we can quickly have a picture of important figures such as funds, budget, running expenses, and expected attendees, among others. It would be great if it could compare with historical data. Such information is relevant to future decision-making activities.
PROS: Raklet is the ultimate events management system that automates all processes organizers need to fulfill for a successful event -- from inviting guests and collecting payments to completing all functions related to user membership. Its multifunctionality indeed lessens our dependence on external platforms, allowing us to cut down on cost and investing in security measures in one platform alone. Despite the trove of functions it has, Raklet boasts a centralized, easy-to-use system that simplifies the tasks at hand and even streamlines internal communication, thereby expediting our work. On top of all these, Raklet offers competitive packages and even a free version which is best for beginners or trials.
CONS: Raklet would be superb if it added a more extensive accounting of donation inflows and expenses.
It is a platform very easy to use, has a simple but functional design, very intuitive, allows you to create custom pages in order to collect payments or donations, as well as virtually launch events, simplifying the management of events, on the other hand facilitates the organization of contacts, customers, donors and members of your team or volunteers, in addition to facilitating the creation of forms and generate reports, so it is a system that performs the community opening, organizational and creative networking of any company, business or in our case a non-profit civic organization, finally has a very functional mobile application in addition to very affordable plans and a free version.
I love it is a very effective tool, there is nothing that I dislike, however, I would love to be developed in depth billing in order to have greater accounting monitoring, both of donations and money received through the sale of tickets.

Before using Raklet, all our fundraising processes and event management were done in the traditional way, so it took us approximately 3 months to plan and conduct each event, plus we only used the social networks of the foundation and even ours, the personal of us employees to promote them, and since we started using Raklet simply took us to a higher organizational level, in addition to giving us the ability to effectively integrate all the social networks of our non-profit organization, which has allowed us to carry out more effectively the promotion or marketing of the organization as well as the events we perform, in addition to allowing us to schedule events, plan and recurring donation programs which has facilitated the assignments and tasks to us, employees and volunteers, so it has become a fundamental tool in our day to day helping us in the management of our nonprofit foundation, facilitating the achievement of goals and objectives.
It is a very easy to use program, its interface is very simple so its learning curve is minimal, even for inexperienced users like me, allows for a larger organization within the association both volunteers, employee and donors, also offers hosting in the cloud, with a page of our organization, fully customizable, under the name of "adm.raklet" which is provided at the time of creating the account . On the other hand helps me design campaigns for fundraising as well as digital marketing, create forms, communicate through the application, text or email, collect payments online (product sales and tickets, membership, donations, ...), simplify event management and reporting. Besides that it is a great advantage to allow importing contacts from other programs is great saves us a lot of work when loading information.
I would like to have more customization of the page on the board, in addition to the fact that the visualization of the information reflected on the board is more noticeable, could make a series of graphics, in addition to having the ability to store historical events and collections, and that we would be very useful this information when generating reports.
