I love this app and all that it offers

I have several guys working for me and it is so easy to do time and keep track of hours and days worked

I love the fact that our field labor easily log their time, safety reports and that the Daily Report has such a professional appearance. Our customers are truly impressed.

It seems that when I have a minor technical issue, Raken has an update and the issue is resolved.

Raken is superior to the time keeping app that we used previously. Our supervisors have found it easy to maneuver through the various portions of the app

The best thing I like about Raken is the whole package. It offers field reporting, time cards, photos and much more that management can use whether your employees are halfway across the country or an hour from the home office.

We dislike nothing about Raken, from customer support to the salesperson; everyone is friendly and wants to solve any issues. You can't dislike anything when the entire project is at your fingertips.

Raken solved the problem of not getting daily reports all in one location. Before, it was an email or text message on how things went for the day. Now it is accessible on my PC, cell phone and tablet.

It is easy to submit dailies and load documents pertinent to the day. Also, it is very useful to keep progress notes. Compared to other software that I've used in the past, this is the best by a long shot.

To be honest, I don't have anything that I dislike about Raken.

It helps me save time and money because it has everything I need to maintain my job site going and have the information readily available when needed.

Raken is what I call a poor man's reporting program that is simple to use and integrate into your files

I wish Raken had the ability to incorporate project drawings into the daily report

They've made it easier to to include all the project players to be involved on the same format for reporting.

Great software to keep up with our road inspections. Has been very beneficial here at work. Sharing and providing information between coworkers has been much more easy.

I haven't found a downside just yet on the app. Great tool for any project manager out there. Has many features and overall has been a great choice to record our work through out all our projects.

It has kept our project progression much more straightforward. Keeping track of labor and equipment as the project moves forward. Submitting this information to our superiors for a better understanding of the project timeline and progress. Very convenient tool to use on all projects.

The best thing about Raken is that it is user friendly. This is extremely important in the construction industry, which makes documentation much easier and faster!

There is not anything wrong or I dislike about Raken.

Raken has made Daily Reports and Documentation much easier and more convenient than ever! With the constant evolution of things becoming more digital and away from paper and pencil. Raken has become one of the best forms of electronic documentation and tracking Daily Progress of projects.

The Toolbox Talks are very helpful in finding weekly topics to hold All Hands Safety Meetings. Also, I like the Safety Checklists provided for a daily view of the job-site conditions.

I would like to see more variety of Safety Topics in the toolbox talks section

The Raken App helps me to be on top of what activities are happening at the jobsite. Business wise it keeps track of the various subcontractors are working on-site and what activities each of the subcontractors are working on to achieve the business goals for the day, week, etc.

Raken is a very diversified program. It allows you to keep track and log all aspects of your project while you are working in the field. There is no need to make notes, go back to your computer upload photos relative to your notes. Raken is an amazing time saving device ( I call it a device ) allowing me to never miss any action on the job site. As a superintendent, my job is in the field not in office, Raken allows me to do it all right out with the boys.

The only dislike is just an issue with web service, other than that no

No problems Raken has saved me countless hours compared to how my dailies used to be put together. As soon as you use Raken for 1 day that's all it takes 1 day and you will be satisfied.
