I have used so many other workspaces, but Rake made it possible for me to run my company remotely providing us with all the tools we need to work remotely. I found them by chance, and I am so glad I did. Sustaining and Growing my Companies would have been a herculean task. Rake made it easy. Using Rake to instantly talk to visitors is also awesome.
I dislike nothing about Rake though I would love them to introduce chat search and a way to view attached pictures and documents in a separate directory.

You have a variety of notification options, chat replies and team efficiency reminders. However, what truly seperates Rake.ai from their rivals in the space is the team behind the software. I have spent hours on the phone with Hector and Greg learning all of the software features and making special requests. The personalized touch makes this company and their product the best one on the market for any sized organization large or small. Overall, Rake has been an amazingly positive experience for us, and their support is far better to any other product support I have ever received.

Great to have two extraordinary (Greg and Hector) service-oriented meet me and make the entire process of sale to onboarding seamless. The product very powerful but the pricing is unbelievable. The value for money is off the charts. I had to pinch myself before moving ahead. I am now promoting this to everyone I meet.
Some extra features that I don't need.. I was able to remain focussed with the help of this team and take what was needed.

The sales team did not over-promise during the sales cycle. They were able to deliver exactly what they said they could do. This helps me maintain relationships with my customers.

This is a great tool to use for daily interactions with my client services team. Also we have multiple rooms set up for our separate project management teams. It was so easy to set up for our business and the Rake support team was quick and super friendly.

Rake has helped us 10 fold when the pandemic hit. We're now 100% remote and it has helped our teams continue to function just as well as if we were in the same room.
All-in-one internal messaging and live chat widget platform. We like to interact with visitors on our website and use the internal chat feature to cut down on emails and converse more naturally. Rake gives us those features and a lot more for free!
It would be nice if it integrated with more external apps, like Gmail.
We used to use two separate systems for live chat and internal messaging. We have combined those features in Rake, and it makes it easier for us to respond to customers and converse within our team more quickly. We can take a customer's question, discuss the best response, and fulfill their request all in one browser tab. It is much faster.
I like the live chat feature which allows me to connect with my clients and customers on a more personal level and I can use it through Facebook, my website, and the SMS number Rake made for me.

We joined Rake a year and a half ago mainly for the live chat. We ended up loving the internal messaging and task management.
While I love the simplicity of using tasks, when using or editing tasks I wish the form was more condensed. Sometimes I can not see all of the buttons on the screen. I would prefer that window for the task was bigger so I can see the entire task on on my screen.
By using the tasks we gain a global and mobile view into customer tasks and have better accountability and we get things done faster with the internal messaging.
