I used to use Thunderbird Portable for my email. It was nice, but not every computer I interacted with allowed me to load even a portable app. Additionally, some companies block services like gmail. Having a self-hosted web-based email client is a godsend. I can check ALL of my emails (and I have far too many) from a single client.

There were some issues during the original install, but once I got through them the software is flawless. I do wish there was a way to do a unified inbox. Switching between accounts can get tedious.

It allows me to access my email from anywhere without remembering IMAP server settings and ports. I can just open a webpage and read my email on any computer. It is super good at that.

Esta es una excelente herramienta para hacer correos electrónicos el cual es un cliente mail que podemos instalar en un servidor y poder acceder a el desde un navegador, es una herramienta que presenta una interfaz de alta tecnología avanzada la cual es muy fácil de usar y segura para actualizarla de manera eficaz, este programa consume pocos recursos de mis equipos y lo mejor de todo que mantiene mis correos seguros al no guardarlos en ordenadores físicos, esta es una gran aplicación ya que no requiere de una base de datos para que funcione y su instalación y uso es realmente sencillo para nuestro uso de manera eficaz.

Una de las desventajas que presenta esta herramienta es la poca ayuda de su comunidad con un soporte de baja calidad a la hora de solventar dudas o responder de forma rápida para nuestro mejor beneficio con algún problema con esta herramienta llevando esto a pensar que su compañía todavía no esta altamente capacitada para ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad para mi como usuario.

Excelente aplicación la cual cuenta con una interfaz muy sencilla de usar y con una capacidad de crear correos de forma rápida y segura con un servicio de interfaz el cual te permitirá cambiar contraseñas, agregar firmas entre otros servicios de correos electrónicos y lo mejor de todo sin costo alguno para nuestro mayor beneficio.

Esta es una gran herramienta la cual me da muchos resultados para mi área de trabajo al poder crear correos de forma rápida y segura para mi corporación y con la cual puedo contar con una gran herramienta con una interfaz muy sencilla de usar y con gran facilidad de actualización para mantenerla optima en su funcionalidad.

The best thing about RainLoop is Integration with Facebook & Twitter I like this feature very much, easy installation, also online demo which is the best, installed plugin better also .minimum resources required. Mobile version is also very very good.

Multilevel of catching system has some complications. administrative panel is little complicated but the overall experience with this software is excellent

must use this system my advice to the other organizations & companies for this excellent software which is too much helpful. I recommend because of keyboard shortcuts helps too much/

RainLoop is simple online & best Web-mail client many good features in it including administrative panel with very simple installation process.also good feature is that basic feature is always free life time.

It is a powerful email free software, I like its versatility in platforms and adaptability, allows me to send emails in a simple and complete environment. I can configure it in my Smartphone, I can even add several accounts in my own session of the same domain and others like gmail. Being installed on the servers of the organization, we have greater storage capacity. It's lightweight, friendly and very intuitive. It allows us to send larger emails and limit the mailbox space as a free email as gmail but as a greater range, even if the Internet fails we can send internal emails. Good to change the background of the desktop, whenever the administrator of the service allows it to me, to integrate it with other applications, I create the folders that like, according to my works.

Rainloop has an amazing user interface. Not only that, it works the same as any other mail service you can find out there but with read-receipts which is a bonus for internal conversations or any other email software that allows read-receipts for important sends/etc.

Rainloop has lack of support in a certain area. Also, the team behind rain loop seems to be hard to get in touch of. So that would be a downside of using it. I don't think its been updated but what is there to be updated I suppose.

Were able to have a better and faster system for emails and have it hosted on a personalized link for our staff to seamlessly login! Easy, reliable.

Rainloop has all the features any other email service has. Don't let that turn you away however. There is more user customization available for users to customize their experience with Rainloop whilst logged in.

I don't like how Rainloop has low community support when it comes to plugins. Wish there could be much more features with the communities help but there isn't.

Ability to email business contacts, easily and quickly with a read receipt feature.

Ability to make emails, save email addresses, have signatures, password management, forwarding just like any other email service! DO YOU KNOW what's better though? It's open source and easy to setup! This email service gives all the features you want/need right at your fingertips. There is also plugins you can add, like a snowy login screen for the holidays to get employees into the holiday spirit, right?!

I don't like folder management. It's kind of difficult to sort your documents into specific places using RainLoop for some odd reason. It could be better. Another thing is poor backgrounds for user preference, although this is most likely easy to change in some config files probably.

If you want an easy email service to setup with a good user interface with it, then I'd get it. It has all the features most people want when looking for a good email service. It's easy to integrate into panels, and easy admin functionality! Also as a bonus, it's a worry-free try! Why's that? The product is free to use since it is open source. Just because it's open source doesn't mean the security is light also, they have some serious protection when it comes to passwords in your database.

I guess if I have to pick, it'd be that it's Open Source.

I don't prefer paying for an email service.

I like the graphical interface to send and receive emails, different themes available, and languages for the entire email system.

Synchronize different email and server services.

Integrate system and encrypted, remote server configuration, create and synchronize external server folder takes time to appear.

Each user enters their email through an independent graphical interface from a web browser, sends and receives emails through a filter inherited from an external server.
