What do you like best about RainFocus?

Attendee to attendee tracking event over event for those who attend multiple events in a year.

What do you dislike about RainFocus?

Nothing major! They are working to give admins more and more access to work on their own which is always appreciated.

What problems is RainFocus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Access! Giving admins and events professionals access to edit and manage their event tops on their own gives us the confidence and autonomy we live for!

What do you like best about RainFocus?

What I like best is being able to customize the experience for our attendee journey--through registration, content, meetings and exhibitor management. You can edit and refine things as needed and improve your event flow and data output YoY. It's not a one size fits all platform, but they now offer some templates and best practices as well as great solution consultants to help roll out a platform that works for you.

What do you dislike about RainFocus?

Some things need more attention (eg meetings and CPE reporting) but understand they are lower on the priority list. But do understand some updates are on the way.

What problems is RainFocus solving and how is that benefiting you?

A more updated user registration experience than our previous provider. Content and exhibitor catalogs are easy to navigate. Provides clear data and the ability to truly refine the experience to match our needs and goals.

What do you like best about RainFocus?

Easy to configure, based on your company's campaign strategy and requirements. The platform meets the demands while providing a personalized experience for our users.

What do you dislike about RainFocus?

It's streaming services lack in areas that competitors have been able to accomplish. They are already improving it drastically but more work is needed on the server side.

Rainfocus has given us the opportunity to provide a personalized digital event service to all our users. It is easy to configure for each event and is self serviced and easy for our team to customize

What do you like best about RainFocus?

Comprehensive event management gives event organizers the ability to house various tools in one platform.

What do you dislike about RainFocus?

Like any tool, it's not perfect, but nothing that I dislike per se.

What problems is RainFocus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sponsor management: Solving it by building out the additional tools needed to ensure comprehensive management of all the items a sponsor needs: contracts, exhibitor resources, speaker management, session management, registration, housing, sponsor communication.

RainFocus simplifies the management of the event lifecycle phases. Having a single platform maximizes sponsor experience. RainFocus has positioned themselves to support any type of events.

What do you dislike about RainFocus?

Customer support response could be improved.

Introducing their self-paced trainings is a value-added when needing to focus on one particular section.

"After five years of searching, this is the best event registration software."
What do you like best about RainFocus?

The reports and the dashboard are my favorite. I am on the dashboard every single day, checking the progress of my event, revenue, stats, geo data. We can pull customized reports in a snap. I'm able to give my executives the information they want, easily.

What do you dislike about RainFocus?

Honestly, not much. Right now, with RainFocus, my attendees can't transfer tickets the way we need them to. We have a work-around, and it's still much easier than what we were doing with a previous reg software. However, RainFocus has been working with us to solve this problem, and on the next event we'll have it up and working. So, not a huge issue. I really appreciate working with their team on this solution.

What problems is RainFocus solving and how is that benefiting you?

With RainFocus, I solved the problem of registration servers crashing on opening day. So right there, huge advantage. But the other benefits we gained in addition have been hugely helpful. We have so much more information than ever before.

I've been in the events industry for 15 years, and I just love the ease with which I can navigate the platform, pull the information I need, and make adjustments if necessary. I've used 5 or 6 other programs for registration, and this is absolutely the best one I've used. Across my work at two different companies, for over 5 years now, I had been searching for the best one, and I feel like we've found a great solution with RainFocus.

Registration for my 65,000+ event is complex. And during COVID, we had to change from an in-person event to virtual, and it became even more complicated. However, the RainFocus team was with us every single day, every step of the way. They made it clear they were our partners in everything we were trying to do.Our event registration got really messy, but they delivered. It's completely manageable and is a huge success.

Registration went from being my #1 stressor of our events, to something I now feel very confident in.

What do you like best about RainFocus?

The RainFocus event platform is easy to customize for our events. Reporting is comprehensive and . very detailed. The RainFocus team members are extremely proficient, accessible and available

What do you dislike about RainFocus?

The platform is solid and works great. I would like to see additional add-on features added like an on site app that attendees can utilize during the show.

What problems is RainFocus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rainfocus report and analytics helps us zero in on what demand generation is working or not working to drive registration.

The system is overall very flexible and easy to manage and navigate. We have a better ability to build and create our own solutions without always needing the Rainfocus team to help us execute. This makes meeting deadlines and the ability to get more done a lot quickly a lot easier. We are also able to easily train our extended teams on the platform's use and allow them to manage tasks that would have been a part of our workload. This frees us up to expand on our next technological implementations without delay.

What do you dislike?

Some nuanced asks are harder to implement head on. At times, we have to use workarounds for some basic specialty requests. There are also times where finding the best way to communicate escalations to the team isn't clear which leads to a delay in timely feedback.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Event registration, call for presentations, exhibitor resource center, live event platform, session and speaker management. Overall, the system has made it easier for us to become more robust in our execution on each front. We've also been able to implement a team of teams approach that allows other stakeholders access to managing their areas without affecting the reliability of the system.
