It is an excellent tool to have constant communication between teams of the same organization, we constantly communicate by video calls, and instant messages, but we try to have security in our system to avoid security filters.

If you are not well trained to use the platform it can be a bit complicated to use, so you need to familiarize yourself first before using it constantly, some people in the team did not find the platform so intuitive.

We have been able to unify the internal communication method, so that there are no incompatibilities between devices or people, a single platform allows us to stay connected under extremely good security parameters, videoconferences have gone to another level, in addition to being more stable and fluid than with other programs such as zoom, meet, etc.

It very user friendly, easy to set up and an awesome communication tool to communicate with colleagues. You can share files, have group chat or conference video calls!

Word or pdf files doesn't open. Need to download it first and open separately. I would perfer files being open straight away from Rainbow once selected.

No translation to my native language (Russian) I can't buy a bussines version because my country not in sales list, it's very bad! In collaboration with OXE or OXO, i can't connect SIP phones, only Analog,TDM or NOE IP phone. Small bugs, but software is growing up

Rainbow is a very powerful platform for Unification and collaboration Very easy to use Not expensive regarding the functionalities available.

It allows us to communicate and exchange files securely. 1 GB of free storage that we can use without paying a single cent. It works perfectly in any device from our computer to even an elementary android cell phone.

Nonetheless, language is hardly used at all yet. It is important to understand how it works before you utilize it.

It helps us cut short the processes and focus on the key stakeholders. Communicating with my groups and the rest of the stakeholders is beneficial for me because I can do so anytime anywhere. We always chat using video calls, SMS, and chats. Let us talk more about this through the conference call and have a shared screen too so that we cooperate.

Sometimes facing connectivity issues and optimization facilities need to be improved, and some small changes need to be done like sometimes even facing problems in opening files other than that everything is perfect and smooth.

I like that it has an option to create groups called bubbles where we can have a conference call and share screen to explain in details and collaborate on new projects

I think there is a requirement to have more people on this platform from markets that are not related to ALE itself. I find leads but cannot move forward with them over Rainbow. I have to use another platform to engage with them.

I can create groups to communicate with all stakeholders regarding solution requirements, deployment, support and technical issues. We can tag the key people and expedite the processes.

You can use this in windows, mac, web, android, IOS. It can work quickly with our OmniPCX. I mostly use the messenger in many podium . It is an effective communiction tool.

There is nothing much to dislike to it . Sometimes I feel that the messages are not in order. Just update it with some features. The connectivity issue is to be improved.

Overall it's a much good tool. I will recommend this to my friends as well as my manager. It allows Your team to interact with vendors and clients through this.
