We use the Ragic services on regular basis to collect some data. Very user friendly with absolute amazing customer support - thank you, Jeff!
Maybe a bit too complex...but should I dislike it?
Database-like tasks. Many ways to customize, fast, shared between team members, smooth export to the MS Excel format.
It's easy to use Ragic between computer & phone,
I can input data when I using the computer,
but when I go outside, I can browse the information what I need on cell phone,
Ragic app is easy to use & good to review.
This question is hard to answer,
Honestly, whatever questions I meet,
Ragic can give me resolution.
The biggest problem maybe is Ragic need to pay to unlock all the function?
( But the free version is enough to use. )
1. Manage customer's information, like email, address, phone and so on.
( It's helpful when I need to use it when I'm not at the office. )

Some things are missing on the "Reporting" side of Ragic - yet they are gradually improving.
Small & medium sized enterprises, were looking for a tool to easily & cost effectively build "systems" that do the job for them - while trying to "slay the dragon" of cost-benefit optimization.

Now I can have a full customizable database to manage inventories, sales, payments, clients and so on
Once you learn a few Ragic basics, like the difference between the form and listing page, and how to link to other sheets, it is the most useful tool out there. I use it for: sales,HR, inventory management, calendar and accounting
That more people do not use it! There can be some glitches on occasion that require a restart of the mobile app, but the developers are really good at scrubbing those out.
Making it easy to keep a lot of complicated things organized. And flexible - if there is something I want to see changed, I change it!
Ragic is extremely easy to learn and implement.
I don't have any issues or dislikes with the program.
We are contract manufacturers and importers. We are using Ragic to track the production and shipment of our offshore purchase orders.
Ragic is incredibly easy to use and they have tons of articles/resources that help you figure out exactly how to do something. They also host a number of webinars that allow you to ask questions and see how others are using Ragic to make their business function efficiently.
Perhaps the only thing I dislike the most about Ragic is some of the way things are laid out and the design choices you have available to you. It would be cool if Ragic allowed you to have more design languages available to you.
Ragic is helping us better manage and understand our data and solutions around the data. Because of this, it saves us COUNTLESS hours when it comes to resolving important business decisions.
You can easily create a database according to your organization's needs.
Waiting for some features to be implemented, but overall it is a good experience with Ragic
Instant connection between files created in the local offices and headquarters, and instant view on activity unfolded in the subsidiaries. Easier to have a big picture view.
I love that I can build it myself, exactly the way that I want it and that it's based off Excel but in a way that no one can mess with the formulas. It's exciting that I've been able to do pretty much anything I have thought to add so far. Building has been pretty easy, but whenever I need help, there's a support team that can help me through it.
I haven't run into anything I truly dislike yet, not anything that would keep me from using it. There are some things that were a little more complex to achieve than I would have liked, but they worked out and it will be very simple to use. It's better that the building process was the part that's complex, and not the part where the employees use it.
If you're not sure about it, do the free trial. There is an entire learning section available on the website and a support team that assists during the trial. They also do webinars regularly, and they're interactive.
It's more about improving efficiency, but it is going to help eliminate careless mistakes. This will allow me to avoid the hassle and time wasted digging through information to find the error and correct it. The reports I create due to these errors can be done more rapidly. It's also going to allow us to complete more sales since less time will be spent on the unnecessary steps.
