I like its interface because I am able to handle huge amount of data. It is great set of tools that provides extremely powerful knowledge and information. In my opinion, they need to improve the tagging feature so it can help the market researches to dive deeper into complexity of social media world. New filters for social media categorization would be great.

Radarly gets us accurate analysis about social networks. I love the way we are able to interact with something that can be challenging for us such as adverse and chain events, it is really easy to ensure and to get quick response that is trusted and accurate.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I want to be able to compare web noise with classical channels so I can see how they interact and impact with each other. I believe they will provide this one, since they implement the collab with Linfluence.

Powerful tool that provides great features for monitoring social web in real time. We are very satisfied from Radarly because we found some interesting articles for our university. Also, LinkFluence sends us notifications all the time when important events occur on social media. We use the influencer feature to keep track of communities and what people think about us. It saves us great amount of time, we send programmed tweets, and thus, we are constantly active on social networks even on the weekends. We are able to export data in PPT and graphics that provides esthetic and comprehensive reports.

They could improve the web review feature so we can handle more specific group items.

Radarly offers great set of features, such as: “Battle of the Brands” is great feature to keep track of your competitors using this software and to know what they are doing. Also, the “Add to Favorite and Save” is great feature for every company that provides telecoms operators, by using the “faving” and saving option you are able to create a dashboard for visualizing the global volume. In addition, the feature like “Order by Influence” is for ranking given brand or product by its influence based on comments, share and likes on social networks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The transition process from Social inbox to Dashboard can take some time due to the volume of data. I know, it is huge amount of data starting from mentions of the brand to analyzing it, but this is not big deal at all.

Radarly helps us to organize all data that is relevant for us and for our clients, based on what we see instead of the assumptions we have for a given industry. We use it also for campaign impact, we are able to make our advertising campaigns more effective on social media, by using hashtag. It is really helpful tool for launching campaigns. This software sends us snapshots and habits of the online conversation in less time, we also get productive visualizations and insights.

Radarly helps us to reach deeper levels when it comes in researching. The interface is intuitive, simple to use and modern. We are able to access whole social media streams in real time and to track important topics by using keywords. We are also able to monitor engagement in various communities, to track international social media in different languages, to engage our customers, and to create useful dashboards for every topic. We use Optimizing and Automate reporting option so we can save lot of time.

It would be great if they could make the authorized dashboard more superior.

What are the best aspects of this product?
All I can say about Radarly is that is highly intuitive and user-friendly solution that offers real time flow and detailed indicators and reports. As a complete set of tools it offers customer service on social media, tracking specific analysis and even editorial management. I often use its timeline to choose specific period for analysis and I am able to cross various indicators and to get dedicated one.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
To be honest, the influencer indicator is really powerful feature that is really great and useful for marketing campaigns, but I think they need to implement more strong knowledge for brand’s opinion leaders.
