It is small to gain national exposure as a small business. Being featured on huge platforms helps us exhibit competence
There is a free option and paid. I don't do alot of PR responses so free works just fine. There are some great journalists and publications using Qwoted so have got some good coverage from The Sun, Food Insitute and others
Having to wait two hours if you are not a subscriber to reply to requests - I sometimes miss out

Qwoted is very easy to use. I like that everything is executed inside the platform, including messaging and submitting pitches. It's easy to track our progress and responses, and out clients love that we can manage their profiles.
As a Canadian business, it would be great to see more international media outlets. Also, because of the quantity of queries, it can be difficult to distinquish the high-value outlets from the less reputable ones without leaving the plaform and doing our own research. It would be great to have a rating system or a review system where users can share their experiences with the outlets.
It makes the media pitching process easier and more efficient, especially when we're managing multiple sources. It also solves the problem of having to find the right contacts inside the outlets and their email addresses.
