Easy to set up and use. We particularly like the ability to communicate in a secure environment.
The ability to create groups with different staff members who can't see other staff members.
Simple, secure ability to convey sensitive information and then be able to delete that.
Quality user experience with a simple onboarding process allowed me to quickly start communicating. Inviting additional contacts to onboard also easy.
Video calling is still in beta and not on par with other competitiors. Slight delay in video/audio. However, this is meant to be in the product roadmap.
If working with sensitive client communciaiton or regulated matters this is a strong option.
