If you need to run consolidated financial reports for multiple companies, Qvinci is a great product

When setting up custom reports, Qvinci support team is very quick and helpful

The dashboards are ultimately helpful because QVinci collates all the different workbooks into one.

You have to note when it last synced so that you're reviewing accurate data all the time.

We want to see all the classes in one go since we have different branches. QVinci helps us see everything from a top-bottom approach.

I love the full platform and the options available to users. The secure portal was my favorite because it ensured the company was safe and within compliance standards.

The functionality is pretty robust but not overwhelming that you have to figure out what each thing means by looking up their help menu. As long as your consolidation is somewhat straightforward, this should do the trick.

Depending on how you consolidate (either on a reporting level or line item level), this may or may not be what you're looking for. If you consolidate on a reporting level, it might make sense to only use parts of this package.

Consolidation between 3 entities. I was able to get FX rates without much of an issue. It makes the process somewhat easier but you still have to put in a bit of work and as always, review the results to make sure they look accurate.

With the experience in qvinci, things have been easy to use and helpful.

The communication with qvinci is sometimes lacking. It would be nice if there was some check in or updates to have a better idea about what is going on with the program.

It is a good piece of software that will give the details and reports that one would expect when starting to use it.

This has helped with keeping track of finances, reporting, and past details. It has been a nice program to use to keep track of the different pieces of information needed as it will store a number of different reports.

Franchise group needs KPI information and qvinci doesn't give them that level of detail,so they want separate report with those details, and avoidance of additional reports is why we utilize qvinci
