Great standard 'box' quoting tool, with easy capabilities of custom enhancements

I've been using QuoteWerks for almost 10 years. It is a solid great standard quoting product that is also very scalable when you have different sales groups / structures using a shared employee or product pool. Although it does not have every possible bell and whistle, it does have plenty of standard third party integrations, as well as a few 'custom script' third parties that can help add some custom functionality unique to the business, or even the individual. Unlike some other quoting tools, you do not need an army of IT staff to maintain, update, or customize it. Although it is probably best for smaller organizations (less than 50 quoters/approvers), we use it for over 100 users spread across 6 different sales/management teams.

What do you like best about QuoteWerks?

I like QuoteWerks because it is easy to use to quote products in a simple way, I like that it offers different customizable templates along with a nice flexible user interface. I love how useful it ends up feeling.

What do you dislike about QuoteWerks?

So far I have no problems using it, I just wish the subscription was cheaper.

It is easy to understand, I highly recommend this software, it is the best to quote in a simple way.

It is used to facilitate the quick delivery of quotes to the client so that everything can be done easily, it solved our problems.

What do you like best about QuoteWerks?

I loved this software because it can create quotes and proposals in just a few minutes, it offers a great solution that it helps us with every day, it's really amazing.

What do you dislike about QuoteWerks?

Needs some improvements to the dashboard and UI, I wish it was more intuitive.

I highly recommend it, it's a great tool, I think it's the best you can find.

Saving time, and money, thanks to the generation of quotes for the clients and it is not as complicated as thought, it was really a great solution.

What do you like best about QuoteWerks?

UI is very smooth, fast and responsive. Very helpful tool for making professional quotes using the inbuilt templates. Easy to create proposal or quotes share with the customers.

Subscription is little bit costly. Except this wonderful quotes that I have used.

Now I can create quotes very easily according to the need. It offers various templates that saves your time while creating quotes or proposal.

I lie it because it is very intuitive, its user interface makes it flexible, I like being able to customize the templates and it saves me a lot of time.

I wish there were more features and that they would add drop-down menus with details of each one.

some of the GUI is old looking and the exchange rate changes do not take effect on the cost without having to edit the item all the time.

Adding our own products requires me to take pictures if i want them included on the quotes

It is very intuitive, with easy access and great flexibility of use, I love its ability to customize templates according to the needs that arise without problems, the technical support is great, a great tool to implement in the work.

I would only love that the illustrations are more colorful, the rest is very good and reliable this tool to use the work.

It allowed to maintain the organization and track the sales history, optimizing all sales processes in the branch quickly and easily, significantly saving the planned time.
