I love that it's flexible and intuitive. Quote templates are easy to set up and their support is friendly and responsive.
I wish the body of the template (cover letter) was a bit easier to manipulate and change but it's not a big issue for us.
Quoter allows for users to bring in items that are not on the template. This makes it easier for the team to use for a variety of quoting purposes.
Great tool for creating quote templates, tracking opportunities, has automated followup reminder email to prospects. Lots of great features!
Can't think of anything that I dislike about Quoter!
It helps us manage consistent quotes, great for pipeline management, automated folllowup reminders to prospects that haven't responded to a quote
Quoter allows me to cerate quotes customers understand and easily follow. The customers are able to quickly understand the MRC vs NRC line items and any special charges that are associated with them. And goodness is it nice having the line item details the customer can reference while they are reviewing the quote! And then the DocuSign approval process is so smooth and secure. Quoter is fantastic!
Anything that can be done to make importing services/equipment for product catalog and also tieing to current inventory, would be very helpful. Also, get me as much as you can on how Quoter can be used with API's to Quoter and from Quoter.

Reasonably priced for a small business.
Stripe integrations could break out products for invoicing instead of creating an invoice for the whole amount.
Everything else is pretty great, so no other wishes.
It is the center of my tech stack for quote to cash, and as such, it is really easy to use. I nearly always create the customer in it instead of Salesforce because it is easier.
Quoters is one of the industry leading proposal software. I like how it intergrates with Autotask and Quickbooks Online. This makes quoting very easy to do.
I do not like the limitations in the integration. It would be nice if the platform had an integration with vendors such as Pax8 or Ingram.
It is allowing me to get quotes and proposals out efficiently and effectively.

We were using Excel spreadsheets for quoting, and as you can imagine, that came with a lot of user errors. Quoter changed the game for us. It syncs perfectly with our PSA tool, is simple to use, and we can trust the data that it is pulling/pushing from our different distributors and PSA tool.
It does not have all of our distributors.
E-Signature. Our clients love having this option. They also like being able to select optional items on the quote.
Accuracy. Quoter makes our quoting process so much more accurate than it was before
Approval Policies. We like being able to have an approval policy in place so our Sales Consultants have to have approval in certain scenarios
