So far there is nothing that I dislike about Quore
Quore allows us to fix a guest issue quickly with the use of walkies that can be heard by all. Benefits of Quore are that it saves on paper for our checklists, allows postings of needs in real time, and offers our staff a place for detailed work orders, lost and found logs, and general info to be posted and read so all are aware on duty.
I like how quore moves our property into the 21st century. Eliminates radio traffic and misc calls between employees. Everything is handled and tracked online

I’m able to in put maintenance request and leave messages for staff. Checking rooms is a breeze.
I had a hard time getting getting an email.
It has a complete checklist for room quality. Being able to just tap a box instead of writing everything down save a lot of time.

As a hotelier I like that right at the Dashboard it is easy to see any needs that have been taken care of and the guest that need help. All managers are aware and take immediate action. I can see when an issue is resolved and how the customer responded.
As the manager we get automatic responses to what is happening with guests and when they post a log I will get more than one response to the same issue when it was already taken care of.
I would highly recommend Quore to any hotel that is trying to find an easier way of resolving issues with room repairs and increasing customer service response time.

Quore is really great software for those who work in the hospitality industry. It allows for people from multiple departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Desk, etc.) to collaborate and write notes for issues that need to be passed onto other departments. It also allows us one place to log key issuance, guest complaints, work orders for engineering, and even cash flow to help reconcile end of day cash numbers. Very highly recommended!
There so far as not been a single thing that I dislike that I can attribute to Quore.
Definitely sit down with the Quore rep and discuss all of it's features and see how it could benefit your hotel.
Collaboration, and engineering requests for guest rooms are big ones.
