Quire has been a game-changer for my lab experiment planning. The timeline view is a standout feature, offering a visually intuitive way to map out experiment schedules. Creating subtasks/task hierarchies is simple and seamless, which is particularly beneficial as experiments often entail multilevel structures and varying complexities. I highly recommend it for anyone struggling with managing fragmented or dispersed projects.

Because I so heavily use the timeline feature, I would like to see some more functionality here such as being able to set Gantt-style milestones (like deadlines) or task dependencies.

Experiment planning and scheduling

It has a strange combination of simplicity and a long list of resources to aid focus, organization and collaboration.

I want a snooze function and a simplified way to monitor and reschedule multiple tasks.

Having different teams on the same page and keeping track of the less critical tasks, even though they are being postponed, these sorts of tasks are usually forgotten until they become critical.

Quire is an exceptional project management tool that has truly transformed the way I work. Its intuitive interface and user-friendly features have made organizing tasks a breeze.

I have not been able to identify any drawbacks thus far!

The UI is very pleasing to the eyes and is easy to use without even watching the tutorials. All the functions cover all your needs without overwhelming you.

Nothing really, except that the app will need more improvement on the UI. For the web version, I like the way it is now. I have checked out all of the top-rated project management platforms, and nothing beats this.

With Quire, I can easily track and manage projects in a simple yet very visual way. I am more productive and achieve much more with Quire.

The tree function is very helpful. You can list all tasks and aspects of the project easily and determine deadlines on the spot. This also translates automatically into a GANTT chart, which is very helpful too.

The board function seems a little unclear. In all fairness, I haven't used it much and I do see the benefit of it. It lists all the upcoming ToDo in a list. The problem is, that it lists them all at once with no structure but the deadline. If some tasks don't have deadlines yet, it makes it pretty unclear.

As project manager, getting software to manage all tasks and deadlines was crucial. Quire does it amazingly. There is no need for a lot of introduction or help, it's straightforward and clear.
