Quire is a highly praised project management software lauded for its user-friendly interface and intuitive task management system. Users appreciate its simple yet comprehensive features, including subtask creation, collaboration tools, and multiple view options. The platform's free tier and integration with popular software like Google Drive and Slack are also highly valued. While some users wish for more robust mobile app functionality and offline access, Quire is generally considered an excellent choice for individuals and teams looking for an easy-to-use, time-saving project management solution.

Quire has been a game-changer for my lab experiment planning. The timeline view is a standout feature, offering a visually intuitive way to map out experiment schedules. Creating subtasks/task hierarchies is simple and seamless, which is particularly beneficial as experiments often entail multilevel structures and varying complexities. I highly recommend it for anyone struggling with managing fragmented or dispersed projects.
Because I so heavily use the timeline feature, I would like to see some more functionality here such as being able to set Gantt-style milestones (like deadlines) or task dependencies.
Experiment planning and scheduling
PROS: Quire proves to be an intuitive solution for organizing both work-related tasks and personal to-dos. I leverage its list feature to establish a hierarchical structure for tasks and subtasks, providing a clear overview of their relationships. It's akin to creating a to-do list in a word document, but with the added benefit of more customizable options for each task, including the ability to set dates and prioritize with arrows.
CONS: I'm interested in having a more comprehensive reporting system that can effectively showcase the tasks I've completed within a specific timeframe when sharing updates with my supervisor.
I recently started using Quire, and I find the list view particularly useful for consolidating all my tasks in one place, whether they're work-related or personal. Personally, I appreciate how Quire organizes tasks hierarchically, allowing me to understand the relationships between different to-dos. I also make use of the option to set due dates for certain tasks and connect Quire to my Google work calendar. This integration enables me to view both tasks and meetings seamlessly in Google Calendar. I've noticed that Quire recently introduced a Table view, although I haven't had the chance to explore it thoroughly. From what I can see, it seems to provide an opportunity to add additional information to tasks and present them in a tabular format. I believe this feature could enhance my ability to categorize my work and personal to-dos more effectively.
My experience with Quire for project management has been truly remarkable. It's not just another tool; it's a game-changer that effortlessly blends user-friendliness with powerful features, making tasks a breeze to tackle. Quire is an excellent choice for team collaboration. Its task hierarchy and real-time collaboration features help manage the intricacies of coding projects, and it can easily adapt to agile methodologies.
It has a strange combination of simplicity and a long list of resources to aid focus, organization and collaboration.
I want a snooze function and a simplified way to monitor and reschedule multiple tasks.
Having different teams on the same page and keeping track of the less critical tasks, even though they are being postponed, these sorts of tasks are usually forgotten until they become critical.
Quire is an exceptional project management tool that has truly transformed the way I work. Its intuitive interface and user-friendly features have made organizing tasks a breeze.
I have not been able to identify any drawbacks thus far!
The ability to collaborate seamlessly with my team has greatly improved our productivity and efficiency. The real-time updates and notifications ensure that everyone stays on track.
Quire streamlines various aspects of our project, making task management and collaboration a breeze. With strict deadlines to meet, this tool enables us to accomplish more in less time. Its user-friendly and intuitive interface makes it easy to grasp, allowing us to maintain a clear overview of our tasks. Additionally, the extensive integration options have made Quire the central platform for our workflow.
Looking ahead, I eagerly anticipate the implementation of task dependencies as a valuable addition. Given the continuous development of new features for Quire, I am confident that this functionality will be available to us in the near future. So far I have not had any problems.
Quire helps us to achieve our goals in a timely manner. With notifications and a detailed overview of progress, we can meet our strict deadlines. This task management and collaboration tool also makes us work more efficiently.
The UI is very pleasing to the eyes and is easy to use without even watching the tutorials. All the functions cover all your needs without overwhelming you.
Nothing really, except that the app will need more improvement on the UI. For the web version, I like the way it is now. I have checked out all of the top-rated project management platforms, and nothing beats this.
With Quire, I can easily track and manage projects in a simple yet very visual way. I am more productive and achieve much more with Quire.
The tree function is very helpful. You can list all tasks and aspects of the project easily and determine deadlines on the spot. This also translates automatically into a GANTT chart, which is very helpful too.
The board function seems a little unclear. In all fairness, I haven't used it much and I do see the benefit of it. It lists all the upcoming ToDo in a list. The problem is, that it lists them all at once with no structure but the deadline. If some tasks don't have deadlines yet, it makes it pretty unclear.
As project manager, getting software to manage all tasks and deadlines was crucial. Quire does it amazingly. There is no need for a lot of introduction or help, it's straightforward and clear.
