Quipli Reviews

Quipli works well with our small business. We currently do not have an extensive fleet of rental equipment, but Quipli works well for our inventory size. It provides a website that connects directly to the backhouse system that Quipli's system offers. Within the system we are able to manage, rent, track all of our inventory, as well as our customers and invoices.

We are still learning the Quipli system, and like all new things, it takes a little time to work through all the kinks and figure out the best way to do things. However, the integration between Quipli and QuickBooks needs some more work. The credit card payments made through stripe does fine, but the credit card fees are deducted before they are sent to QuickBooks. Therefore, we have to edit the invoice in QuickBooks, that was sent from Quipli, to reflect the CC payment already being deducted.

Quipli benefits us by getting us on the web with an interactive website. The website allows customers to rent without even having to call in. Quipli is also beneficial on helping us cut back on pen and paperwork. Everything can be done online, which is great in our fast pace environment.

Quipli is very helpful due to the fact that they personalize our app to our needs to be fit our industry and our customer.

Quipli has some limitations but over all they will Taylor their enterface to the needs of your company.

They are currently solving our need to integrate the Google calander in addition to remove the filter for better user experience.

Their support team is one of a kind...really enjoy using their product tho it really is nice!

The only thing i dont like is the unability to track machine hours...but they are working on getting that available..

N/A The Quipli team has been excellent at supporting our needs. If they do not have something we need, they will make the changes to support our needs.

We were doing manual invoices and tracking our rental fleet. Quipli has made it easy to see what is going out for rent, when, time limits etc. It also has alleviated manual invoicing! It connects to QuickBooks to ensure our books are still where they need to be.

Easy-to-use software that helps organize and schedule my inventory.

The Calendar was challenging to see who was getting what each day. They have revised the calendar, and it is better.

Scheduling rentals at multiple locations and managing our available inventory was becoming a huge issue. Since we have put in Quipli we now have a link from our website where customers can book the rental and select the product they want. It has freed up a tremendous amount of time for me to allocate to other things.

I love that quipli takes in all your thoughts and recommendations. They are a great platform that combines a lot of different functionalities into one system while still making it customizable to turn on and off features based on your business needs.

I have not found any dislikes thus far as any issues I have had has been resolved. One thing I really wanted to see is the ability to scan items into the platform, and of course this is already being worked on. What more can I ask for when the Customer Service is amazing and the platform is super customizable.

Quipli creates a platform that allows you to customize to your liking not limiting you to one style of rentals or purchases, like many other platforms. They allow you to use multiple features if your business offers them.

The program is very streamlined and easy for the end user.

QUIPLI is helping to drive business with the website as well as Google analytics.

I like how convenient everything becomes for the customer and I also really like the quote feature that we are able to use to send to contractors.

It is hard to really say that I dislike anything, because anything that seems to be a problem is always improving and quickly does a great job at listening to customers to make improvements.

Quipli now allows us to cut back from time talking to customers on the phone because now they are able to look at all of our prices and schedule rentals online giving our employees more time to focus on face-to-face interactions and create a personal experience with each rental.

i was not able to click the add and save button because, there was to many add ons, the engineer was able to go in and move the equipment around, so i was able to click the button.
