Easy communication and Tagging for mentions. Best tool for Product Documentation. We used it in writing Marketing papers, technical papers, and IT project documentation. As such, it is probably the most widespread software documentation tool among all available in the market.

Multiple people supported for real time editing and updating and nice options of sorting Workbook and sheets individually for a particular user . Very accurate Graph demonstaration also which eased to calculate utilisation.

Real-time data sharing with the team. We can create different folders and sub folders to segregate the information. Additionally, we can lock the document and share with everyone or filter out people with whom we want to share the data. On the top of it, you don't need to create files again and again, it can be used and helpful in maintaining data.
The only downside is it crashes if there is more data so idea is to create sub-folders to store information. Addition of some more features could be helpful but if it gonna crash again then team should think of providing more storage space.
Everything!!My team moved to quip from Excel as it's lot to share new excel sheet everyday. With quip 1 sheet is getting used and viewed and updated by all team members in real-time and quickly.
I actually started using quip last year September, and I'm loving everything about it, but most importantly tge fact that i can document my daily tasks and also set up a timed schefule for myself if not keeping track of my performance. And i can also see who edited my quip document
I don't like that if share a quip with a colleague they are able to edit it without my permission. Also it does get slow at times or take time to open up but I'm not sure if that's an issue with my connection or it's the software itself.

I love that the new update brought in multiple tabs, helps to keep everything on one page. The spreadsheet integration is great as well, love inserting tables into docs
I wish the Kanban boards could have more than 3 tabs like trello.
