I love that the new update brought in multiple tabs, helps to keep everything on one page. The spreadsheet integration is great as well, love inserting tables into docs

I wish the Kanban boards could have more than 3 tabs like trello.

Easy communication and Tagging for mentions. Best tool for Product Documentation. We used it in writing Marketing papers, technical papers, and IT project documentation. As such, it is probably the most widespread software documentation tool among all available in the market.

UI / UX can still be improved, overall it is a good package

Go for it, we use it day in and day out and it is very stable safe, and reliable.

We used Confluence for Product Road map and documentation which was way expensive with notification issues. Quip solves our major issues.

The best thing about Quip is its real-time editing capability, which enables our team to work together on shared task lists, documents, and spreadsheets at the same time. Plus, the change history tool lets us trace and undo changes as needed, which is invaluable, especially when working on important documents.

I would appreciate that the search feature could be quicker and more precise, particularly when dealing with a big volume of documents.

With Quip, team document creation and editing is centralized, hence resolving cooperation problems. Overall, it has made a big difference in our internal communication and efficiency.

I like best that Quip brings me exactly to the document in process and to view the changes made by someone else.

There can be so much information that you really need to pinpoint exactly what you are looking for.

Quip helps me update, view, or change a document with the help of others directly with the document. I can see what has been changed.

Real time automatic refreshing of cells was very helpful so that old data is unused and low chances of errors. Multiple people supported for real time editing and updating and nice options of sorting Workbook and sheets individually for a particular user . Very accurate Graph demonstaration also which eased to calculate utilisation.

I dont think there is anything to dislike

when you add someone they get access all files.

I make a file for every object I need to write about or keep it as a reference.

Real-time data sharing with the team. We can create different folders and sub folders to segregate the information. Additionally, we can lock the document and share with everyone or filter out people with whom we want to share the data. On the top of it, you don't need to create files again and again, it can be used and helpful in maintaining data.

The only downside is it crashes if there is more data so idea is to create sub-folders to store information. Addition of some more features could be helpful but if it gonna crash again then team should think of providing more storage space.

Everything!!My team moved to quip from Excel as it's lot to share new excel sheet everyday. With quip 1 sheet is getting used and viewed and updated by all team members in real-time and quickly.

I actually started using quip last year September, and I'm loving everything about it, but most importantly tge fact that i can document my daily tasks and also set up a timed schefule for myself if not keeping track of my performance. And i can also see who edited my quip document

I don't like that if share a quip with a colleague they are able to edit it without my permission. Also it does get slow at times or take time to open up but I'm not sure if that's an issue with my connection or it's the software itself.

It's saving a lot of time and effort in terms of having everything you need in one place even if you have different spreadsheets or written plans its all in One feature

It is so easy to create, embedded and share with others.It is also so easy to embed images and always get real time updates made by others.It is very easily shareable.

Single Sign On is a challenge as always needs to login in with business or personal email ID.Nesting of 2 quip documents in a single is not possible except providing link.

It is helping in faster presentation of my designs, weekly report, monthly and quarterly reports with great visualization. It has made helped me a lot in getting the things organized.
