Through this platform, I can easily track and optimize my business presence. I really like their nice UI, and their customer support is very good. This platform has been very useful for us in creating team-specific metrics and dashboards, just as we envisioned.

There's nothing to dislike here. Everything is fine. But it would be great if we could solve some small problems. The data provided on this platform can sometimes become quite difficult to use and overwhelming for newbies.

This platform is really great for processing digital media data very quickly. Quintly solved our data integration problem very easily. Can easily aggregate data from different social networks and is very helpful to access all information. This platform makes customized analysis very easy.

Quintly is always up to date with metrics and new networks. They keep track of changes and implement them smothly so we do not have to.

Quintly allows to bypass lot of engineering work (collecting data by each different Digital Media and uniformizing them)

They also have a great UI that gives very valuable KPIS / informations to give sort of an analytical "Base" to get started on.

Their customer support is very responsive and the tool is still growing with new useful functionnalities.

The data provided is pretty difficult to use at some time. But collecting digital media is a pretty rough tasks, and I would say i'm not surprised by that.

Also the quintly team is here to answer any question you got :)

We could setup our Analytical infrastructure with only 2 Data Engineers. Being able to get started very quickly with digital media data !

They also provide historical data of the accounts/posts , which makes it possible to do analytics on previous data (old posts performances etc ...)

I have been using Quintly for several years now and we are very happy with it so far, they have always been very quick to get back to us when we have had any request. They have a very dedicated team

The graphics generated are sometimes not very visual, but very practical.

The possibility to unify the data from the different social networks is very useful, to be able to access all the information quickly and to filter by date and by country.

Our agency has been using quintly for over five years now. The various analysis options and the customizability of the dashboards are a great help in our daily work. The dashboards and general usability are clear, easy, and intuitive to use, even for new employees. If a problem should rarely arise, you can always rely on swift and professional support.

There is nothing I don't like about the tool. Some data points are not analyzable, but this is not due to quintly itself but to the various social media platforms and their API connections.
