QuickSchools is user-friendly and offers several features that we find very helpful! Anytime we have a question, the staff at QS is always wonderful to work with and helps us work through our issues every time!

No downsides at this time for using QuickSchools.

We have a very difficult master schedule. They have made quite a few updates that have allowed us to use in our school setting.

The support system in Quickschools is fantastic. The team is always there for you and helps you in every way possible. It is already easy to use the website for every stakeholder, but the support makes it much more convenient.

There are no useless features. The developers anticipate the needs that most schools might have and are trying to solve the issues as they come up. The only thing I would like to add is the archive system for the information. The previous years' data can be changed, and there are no indications that there were any changes made if you have not already downloaded the transcripts/report cards from the system and compared them to the new ones.

We use Quickschools for most of our day-to-day activities in school, such as homework management, grading, creating reports, communicating with teachers, students and parents. It has additional features, such as admissions process management, which we are not using but sound very useful.

There are many ways to customize your account from custom fields, labels, apps, etc. The option to create your own reports makes pulling any data from the system a breeze. The ability to import data makes setup, updates, etc. so much easier and less time-consuming. Customer service is top-notch. Live chat gives you the option to talk to someone in real time, and if you need to schedule a call or meeting with a member of their team, it is simple to set that up as well. All in all a great experience with QuickSchools, our school has been using it since 2018.

No dislikes at this time. When we need a function or module that is not a part of the main subscription, we have been able to make things work with an app.

QuickSchools is always helping us problem solve new needs that come up. It is a great benefit to have the QuickSchools team there to help us think through how we can make the most out of the system and also make things work best for our unique needs. Another huge beneift is having the ability to submit feature requests for future improvements.

They are quick to respond to any questions you have.

It would be helpful to reuse some of the “important dates” posts from previous years so you don’t have to start from scratch each year.

I am just learning about Google integration! Very excited about that!

So many things . . . but if I had to choose the BEST feature, for me it has been the support I have received as I learn QuickSchools. There has NEVER been a time that I have not been the first person in queue when I visit the chat room, and I usually have my answer to my challenge within 2-3 minutes. This have been critical at times, since more often than not, I need my answer quickly.

I haven't found anything yet - and that is saying something, as our organization is not a typical educational setting. We have had to customize a lot of our set-up, and at every turn, the platform is flexible enough to do everything we have required.

QuickSchools improves our legitimacy; we can look professional, not just sound professional. From report cards, to transcripts, to communication tools . . . it has taken us to the next level.

The best part is the quick, helpful support reps who bail me out of my problems.

It's very easy to use, you can go back and look at previous dates, and edit the attendance if necessary.

There's nothig I dislike about Quickschools. I've been using it for over 2 years.

When new students join the class, all you have to do is refresh the page and your class roster is updated.

I like best the ability to customize features needed by my school, keeping features not required out of the way. This function makes the platform very clean. It's the right size for our school. The cost is fair. Customer service is very prompt and helpful.

The fee tracking feature needs improvement.

Give it a try. The trial is free. Customer service is very helpful, and they will walk you through the setup process. Once setup is done, it truly gets much easier to use.

I manage my entire school with this platform: students, attendance, discipline, report cards, transcripts, messaging, fee tracking.

I like the ability to easily maintain student information

There isn't a pdf manual that I can print if I wanted to print a manual. The report cards and transcripts can be a bit cumbersome to set up. Paying extra for text messaging to families is not favorable.

Give QuickSchools a try. The customer service is excellent.
