Quick page is helpful in the fact that it allows you to make connections with your customers that you usually wouldn't be able to make over the phone. The ability to show case our inventory without having the customer in the store is so amazing.

There is a big learning curve. As there are many features, it takes a minute to figure all of them out

It is so user friendly, support staff to answer any questions. My customer's love the easy view from it when I send them a video. It has helped our business so much and I would recommend it to anyone especially sales. I use it daily, sending customers or potential clients a video or information board on what we're speaking on. It works well with any device. The AI chat helps with wording an excellent body to the message. It helps my customers really find the sound decision to make when sending a video of what we're looking at.
I haven't found any cons to using QP, if i had to say one.. when I am attaching a longer video it can take a minute to process it but thats all.
They are very responsive to any issue I think we're having in response to QP. But any time we have an issue it is solved in a matter of minutes and relayed back to us that it has been completed

I love that I can send a personalized message, response, first touch, or rebuttal in a video with links and a body paragraph. If my customers are busy or unable to answer a call, I can still communicate my message.
The only issue I have with Quickpage is the time it takes to upload my videos to the page, or sometimes my library will not load all my videos. I would also like to see more gifs and the ability to put videos in the body.
Quickpage is solving the problem of reaching customers that are difficult to reach over the phone. It also is an excellent tool so my clients can reference information I sent them or we can discuss at a later time.
