OK, to be more specific. Quickmail's support response time is the best! They help sort out any support queries swiftly and efficiently.
The best has to be the features. Similar companies are wayyyy behind in terms of features. From built-in error detection system to the 'Bucket System' for easy scheduling, Quicmail has thought of everything.
Also, as an agency owner, Quickmail is the only system that makes it possible to send emails on behalf of clients without needing access to their inboxes. This feature is GOLD!!!
Oh yes, and Jeremy's tips are insane. I've learnt so much from him and continue to do so weekly.
You cannot automate LinkedIn messages from within their platform. Then again, no other email automation system has that. I've tested all of Quickmail's competitors, and they are hands down the best.

I also like the auto warm-up feature which I believe is absolutely necessary in this space. The reporting on the campaigns is extremely detailed which makes it easier to take better data-driven decisions. Overall, amazing tool and I highly recommend it. Also, their training is top-notch in the cold outreach space.
It's not that I dislike this, it's just that I wish that the auto warm-up was faster. However, I do understand that it needs to be the way it is, so no complaints I just wish that.

By send volume - we book 4X more meetings in QuickMail than our previous platform. The visibility on deliverability scores for each inbox is SO helpful.
The way lists are organized, it's so much simpler to run campaigns at scale and be nimble when you need to make pivots. I've looked at and tested a lot of platforms and nothing holds a candle to QuickMail.
I dislike manually setting send schedules for each campaign. Running the math for # of inboxes, daily send limits, email steps, etc. is cumbersome. It can be a headache when you have some inboxes that are warmed up and some that are brand new and need separate schedules.
QuickMail's support staff is the most helpful team I've had the opportunity to work with. They've helped us overcome each challenge we've faced migrating a large volume of clients/campaigns into their platform. They even help us solve problems we face related to other vendors so that their platform is more accessible and more usable for us. They've built custom integrations with other vendors we use to streamline our processes... it's been fantastic.
