I like the interaction with my book keeper. He is very helpful and nonjudgmental with my books. He helps me to understand what I am doing and how to better help my company.

I sometimes get a message that I have an unread message but I can not find it anywhere. I have tried to ask him about it but he couldn't see what I was getting.

It is well worth the money.

It helps with balancing my books each month and putting the transactions in the correct categories. It has helped me get a peace of mind and less stress. I have been able to focus on other aspects of the business instead of the bookkeeping.

My QuickBooks live bookkeeper is patient and willing to review the numbers with me regularly to make sure that all of the postings are correct. Using the QB live also was a much better value that using my CPA to do my bookkeeping.

To be honest with you, I can't think of anything that I dislike. I would like a little more time to upload my statements monthly due to the cut-off and availability of a couple of them.

I would stay give it a try, you can cancel at any time, the support is great and you know that books will be correct.

I still have to do some of the work but that is unavoidable.

Before QuickBooks, I was using other companies such as 1800 Accounting and other private bookkeepers, which all required me to do a lot of the work and were very expensive. QuickBooks fixed my books in less than a week and has kept up with them since. I'm thrilled I switched; my books are in order, and the price can't be beaten.

Live person is available at all times. That is everything for me.

When I have to provide information on transactions for the bookkeeper. It way to time consuming. Doesn't seem helpful for me.

If you don't have bookkeeping skills I highly recommend.

I don't know bookkeeping so QuickBooks is what I need to keep my business running.

What I like best about having a Live Bookkeeper is knowing that my books are done properly so that my CPA doesn't have to do much when he goes in to look at things and file our taxes.

The most challenging aspect at first was having my bookkeeper switch a couple of times, so I would have to explain a number of things over again. (Just basic things like how invoices were paid and deposited)

If there are ever any doubts or questions, schedule an appointment. A lot of questions can get answered when looking through your books with the Live Bookkeeper sharing the screen with you.

The end of the year is always chaotic and trying to make sure my books are squared away just adds to the stress. Having a Live Bookkeeper puts me at ease, knowing I will be good to go come tax season.

I like my monthly calls with my bookkeeper to discuss how our business is performing. She works with me to add new services and capabilities as we have added staff.

When I was onboarded, my first bookkeeper was pretty new to accounting and did not understand my business. They switched me to the one I have now, which is great! My worry would increase if she were to leave.

Talk to someone who is in sales at Quickbooks. I found them consultative and not pushy. See if this service will add as much value in excess of its cost as it has for me.

We were having trouble finding the time to assign the proper cost and revenue journal entries. Our bookeeper advises us and helps us stay on track. This has given us more time to generate revenue. My tax accountant has great comfort that we comply with all of the regulations and have been able to keep his fees the same.
