We use QuestionPro to gain valuable feedback on our volunteers' experience. We appreciate that there is no charge for nonprofit organizations and that the product easy to use.

Easy to use to structure clear and effective surveys. Enables us to gather important feedback from our service user population throughout the year. Simple to get results and reporting out in key formats (incl. ppt, excel, pdf) . Love the "word cloud" output too.

Nothing to dislike and no functionality that I feel is missing for the needs of a business of our size and complexity.

Helps us to obtain feedback on the services and events that we provide as a charity in a timely and inexpensive way. Enables swift reporting without needing much admin time to handle data and design reports.

QuestionPro is quick to learn and easily used to create surveys and polls. It enables logic and branching to be built into questions to collect richer data. Data can be collated and downloaded quickly, then shared in a well-formatted PDF report.

The Data Export functions enable results to be downloaded as a PDF report (which works well and looks great) or an Excel or Word report (which do not appear to capture all of the downloadable data and also don’t look as polished as the PDF reports).

As a membership-based professional association, we are grateful that QuestionPro offers a free subscription for non-profit organisations like ours. This subscription allows us to capture valuable insights from our members regularly.

It is easy to set up and use, well explained. The reports come in different format which is perfect for different uses.

Not figured out yet. Curious about multi-language use, but do not worry.

We do projects in a rural area and need to figure out about citizens action level and other issues to people's daily life. Question Pro helps us to implement this. in a easy handled way.

It's not available in Hungarian language, but that's the only thing that is missing from it. Everything else is great.

Searching for "how-to" examples is a little cumbersome.

Being able to analyze customer data and show them the results of their actions with recommended courses of action. Customers will then be able to more effeciently and effectively help their customers succeed.

QuestionPro has many possibilities to collect and visualize data, and unexpectedly has also been a helpful tool for online training. It functions very well for implementing an online poll.

While there are many options available, it certainly needs more time to find out all possibilities, testing and a lot of practice, but since now, I have not seen anything to dislike :)
