Great Survey App
What do you like best about QuestionPro CX?
QuestionPro was a life saver when trying to send a survey. You get analytics, and fun features to use to make the survey more fun instead of the normal surveys you usually send out.
What do you dislike about QuestionPro CX?
So far I have not had any issues, I am using the free version and it works fine for my use, however, if you'd like more features you do need to pay for it.
What problems is QuestionPro CX solving and how is that benefiting you?
making surveys more fun and easy to manage as you are able to see analytics and data more clear.

Easy to Use
What do you like best about QuestionPro CX?
This has been a product that has been used for many years. It is easy to navigate when trying to create a new survey as well as coping and pasting current surveys that only need title changes.
What do you dislike about QuestionPro CX?
The warning that space is at full occupany only shows up when you can no longer add anything new. This causes me to have to re-do whatever I just made since its no longer able to save. There needs to be a warning that space is running low so it can be adjusted ahead of time.
What problems is QuestionPro CX solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the early warnings of space low would be helpful so can adjust what is still in the account.

Staying in the know
What do you like best about QuestionPro CX?
The UI and UX of this product have made it so simple for us not only to create the surveys that are of vital importance to our nonprofit organization, It makes it easier for our clients to answer questions across multiple devices depending on what suits their needs. The analytic data is very easy to clean and view through different statistical lenses should an unorthodox need for explanation occur. This product has served its purpose and then some.
What do you dislike about QuestionPro CX?
Just that we can't use it as a data platform for more things!
What problems is QuestionPro CX solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to understand how our nonprofit impacts the community by asking very pointed questions about our services as they pertain to new and long-term sobriety. Our funding is attached to how well we perform in these surveys so the ability to collect this information is vital to us. Question Pro has made this process for us quick and painless.

What do you like best about QuestionPro CX?
Question Pro is very easy to set up and start using.
What do you dislike about QuestionPro CX?
This is a very easy to use survey software. I've used it a few times for internal use and have not found any limitations or hangups.
What problems is QuestionPro CX solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Question Pro for internal employee surveys. The portal is easy to use. Survey results are available for download in standard formats.

Easy survey
What do you like best about QuestionPro CX?
I can perform international questionnaires to obtain data all over the world in real time to do comprehensive analytics and with the security that the surveys are encoded. The fact that multiple users can do the survey simultaneously increases our efficiency. I also like the survey distribution option.
What do you dislike about QuestionPro CX?
I appreciate that QuestionPro can provide graphics and charts, but it would be nice if it could provide presentations templates as well. Even though updates are useful, sometimes it gave you some extra work on your already set up survey
What problems is QuestionPro CX solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to obtain data not only from my country, but globally so I can do a more relevant statistics studies and in a short time with easy distribution through emails.

Question Pro is easy to use
What do you like best about QuestionPro CX?
QP customer service team is top notch. If you have any questions or concerns about a survey they are very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about QuestionPro CX?
If you are paying by project, the temporary license to access their portal needs to be longer as survey results often need to be revised frequently based on client input
What problems is QuestionPro CX solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complicated research questions can be answered quickly. Also, QP has a great respondent database so they are truly a one stop shop.

Great Choice in a VOC Platform
What do you like best about QuestionPro CX?
There are many choices out there for VOC software platforms, some free and limited in capability and some very expensive and complex to manage. QuestionPro comes in several varieties and what's nice is that you can start small and add capability as you grow unline the more expensive platforms where you pay a lot for what you don't really need at the moment.
What do you dislike about QuestionPro CX?
It's highly dependent on what your needs are and, for the most part, QuestionPro fits the bill for any standard survey tool you might need. While it may not have all of the features that an enterprise-level platform might have, it has a considerable amount of capability for its price-point.
Recommendations to others considering QuestionPro CX?
Would highly recommend to anyone looking at VOC software platforms to give consideration to QuestionPro as a formidable tool in a sea of so many other VOC tools that either don't fit the need or that are expensive and difficult to use.
What problems is QuestionPro CX solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Question Pro with my clients as I am a CX consultant that offers VOC services external to the organization so the client provides me with their goals, objectives, and list of customers along with contact and other demographic data, and I design and execute surveys on their behalf. I also take the results, analyze them, and create reports that tell the story of how their customers are experiencing them and what issue may be preventing them from gaining more business from them or whether they are at risk of attrition.
