They also have been of great assistance during this period where I am still building out my coaching practice and my courses and have been extremely supportive.

It doesn't integrate with anything else yet like my website, payment gateway, etc.

Quenza shines in 5 areas compared to other platforms I've tried:

1) I can build interactive assessments in the platform (like the Wheel of Life) so my clients and I don't have to email PDFs back and forth. No other platform I found will do this so easily and beautifully.

2) I can streamline every part of my coaching process from contract signing to program conclusion. This makes it easier on the client and myself, helping my practice look top-notch from the start, which builds credibility and trust.

3) The amount of high quality built-in activities provided are mind-blowing. This helps you get started using Quenza immediately.

4) The platform is the most user-friendly I have experienced. And there are YouTube videos if you want to go more in-depth.

5) The customer service is spectacular. I haven't needed it for roadblocks. I've had zero issues, actually. However, upon signing up, one of the customer service leads offered to give me a personal tutorial and answer questions. It was helpful and he noted that this was an ongoing feature, so if roadblocks did arise, I could reach out at any time. Few companies do this.

There is nothing I dislike about Quenza.

Seamless integration of client management and coaching tools.

Quenza saves me time by making my communication with my clients easier. All my client documents are in one place so I'm not hunting around because I've lost track of which email had which document. My clients also enjoy using it. Quenza is an aesthetically beautiful platform so I enjoy being on it. It allows customization so my business appears more professional.

Quenza needs to integrate with scheduling platforms like Calendly, in the same way that these platforms integrate with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom and Teams.

when i send an activity to many i have to repeat the same procedure without having the possibility to send same activity on multiple recipients

it provides examples and activities on positive psychology and helps me as a coach to teach my clients more efficiently.

What I like most about Quenza is that I become better at what I do. This is due to the massive amount of value that this software offers to me. They have a library of tools and methods that is updated regularly. I can either use these tools and methods as they are or customize them. Also, the ability to leverage their feature to creatively build personalized resources is a big plus for me, too.

Coming up with something I dislike is difficult for me, to be honest. If I had to name one thing it'd be a wish for additional features in automation (that I know are on the roadmap already). However, given the short amount of time Quenza is available, I'm simply impressed by how far they have come.

Quenza helps me to save time in my daily business, helps me to re-think my coaching practice as a coaching business and makes me better at delivering an overall positive customer experience. It makes me more successful.

Sophisticated client platform that increases the client experience and organizes all our work together in one place

I can't create videos inside platform, though I can add a link from another tool (Vimeo)

I researched various coaching platforms for about 6 months and landed on Quenza for the functionality and specialization in my field of coaching. The level of service in answering my questions, access to the development team/founders and community engagement is what sold me on the product. I have loved Quenza even more than I thought and the value is huge for me and my client experience.

It frees up time and space for creativity. It gives me a place to gather and care for my clients.

I didn't even know that I had this problem! At first, I was simply looking for intake forms and ways to automate my coaching practice.

It very soon became a way to design simply and quickly personalized coaching programs for my clients.

There are so many upsides, invite clients via e-mail, once they're in you can automate the interactions and get notices once they've finished a task or exercise.

I'm in South Africa and didn't get enough client buy in, now I cannot sign up new clients without finalizing payment, it's a bit counterproductive. At least allow client signup to get cashflow going

I can get my clients going and onboarding without too much stress and even while I sleep, they create their own account that is linked to mine. Yes.

Quenza fits the needs of users to 100%. Why? Because the Quenza team continuously asks its users about new features. And the best of all: requested features are ranked by all other users, and the highest-ranked features get implemented.

Quenza is a young, small company and is on its way to deliver a highly supportive internet platform for coaches. The roadmap for future features is promising. Release dates for new features are sometimes slightly delayed.

Quenza supports me in contacting my clients via smartphone, even in times of hard lockdowns. The app is highly usable for clients without lengthy training.

I just wanted to drop you a line to say well done, thank you and many congratulations on your app! I haven’t even explored it properly yet, but it is exactly what I am looking for for my coaching practice to drag it into the post-Covid 21st Century and I am very excited by the possibilities for supporting not only my clients but my workshop participants in your ‘Groups’ function. Everything about the app so far has been super high-quality, super-smooth, seamless and perfectly executed with the user in mind. I can see that a lot of thought has gone into what you and your team have created and you have done a really brilliant job. I’m looking forward to exploring it further and am excited for my clients to start trying it.
