QuanticMind surprised us by their truly unique approach to paid search management. Their machine learning capabilities are well beyond the current leaders in the paid search management space. We have also been impressed with the ability to customize goals. The use of hybrid goals at a very granular level have been useful in managing a business model with multiple customer funnels.
We have not found anything we don't like yet and hope to keep it that way.
Compare QuanticMind to Kenshoo and Marin software. Marin and Kenshoo are very comparable to each other and attempt to solve the problem that QuanticMind has improved on.
QuanticMind helps us align our advertising spend to our ROI goals. We have better confidence that our money is being spent efficiently when we removed some manual bidding and give the power to the QuanticMind algorithms and machine learning capabilities.
QuanticMind provides a useful way for us to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns. The product integrates nicely with our first party data and allows us to group together campaigns and create bid policies for effectiveness and to save time. We have also been using QuanticMind's agency services, which are knowledgeable and prompt.
The interface itself is a little clunky, and the reporting/visualization options could be more robust, but that is not the core functionality of the product.

Quanticmind has a lot of bidding automation features depending on your business goals. Along with Quanticmind, I use Google Ads, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Ads
I'm not too fond of the inability to save bookmarks in the bid policies tab. I have been requesting this feature for a few years now. I wish they could provide real-time data for reporting and not just in the intraday tabs.
With Quanticmind, I can manage all my PPC accounts without having to bid on the keyword level manually. It makes me more focused on strategic tasks and other marketing management tasks.

The team is responsive but didn't provide lift like we expected. The lift we did see came from our optimizations internally. Not from their bidding algorithms.
The team was not helpful in recommendation or optimizations, while I understand that this tool isn't an agency, I expected more from the team if we were to be paying such a high retainer and had 4-5 people working with us.
