PROS: Qualaroo offers multi-channel surveys that make gathering feedback really easy. I like that these surveys can be integrated anywhere, even on a mobile app, to help you gain contextual insights when testing new product updates.
CONS: The reporting section should have more filters so that you can easily extract the information you are looking for.
PROS: There are tons of customization options that Qualaroo gives with its survey builder, and there is a huge scope for creating a diverse set of questionnaires with the help of multiple question types that it has to offer.
CONS: There is nothing that I found to be a problem. Everything works as intended.
Love that it does the work for us and shows our NPS from the feedback right on the dashboard.

We know how important NPS metric is so that why we wanted to track our score. We used Qualroo’s NPS template for the same and customized it as per our branding. Before we used to conduct this survey by sending links so the response rate was disheartening. This time, we were surprised of how many responses we got the survey was on our website and mobile app and just took a click for customers to take the survey.
Has a huge library of survey questions and editable templates with which you can create surveys real quick.

Mapping customer journeys across different channels and consolidating the data was a big challenge. Qualaroo helped us create customer journey maps that provide a complete view of how users behaved at different touchpoints. It also revealed which service points were most effective in providing optimal resolutions to customers’ queries.
Built-in survey templates to create any survey type. You can target specific visitors using the in-built targeting. And automatic language translation is fantastic as we don’t need to create separate surveys for each language. The analytics dashboard is also very intuitive and easy to work with.
Nothing to dislike in particular. Qualaroo delivers what it promises.
Qualaroo provides insights to optimize our onboarding process. We found that new users struggled to find the desired settings, so we improved the product UI to include in-line tips and suggestions throughout the product. We have also started building our Knowledge base based on the suggestions left by our customers.
While working with the tool, we liked how simple and complex it is at the same time. We were able to create simple, straightforward surveys and add complexity such as branching logic to them to increase our ability to go deep into the feedback when needed.
Not to mention the amazing question templates, AI-powered IBM Watson Sentiment Analysis, Advanced targeting based on users’ actions, time, etc.
I believe the dashboard could use some updates.
The tool is effective in what it does. You can remove the Qualaroo branding from the Nudge survey and add your logo and brand colors to match it with your brand image. Another sweet feature of the tool is its ability to handle multiple surveys at once without complicating anything.
While asking our customers about how they got to find out about us, whether they got what they were looking for, and more, we found a hidden gem in the feedback, we would never have guessed otherwise.
We explored multiple user personas that we thought were not on our target radar, but guess what? We were wrong. Now, with some effective marketing strategies, we are bringing those potential customers aboard.
We can never thank the tool enough for the excellent question templates. It immediately eliminates the pressure of coming up with the right questions when you do not have experience in creating questionnaires. The Nudge feature, advanced targeting, and branching logic were some of the features we use frequently.
It would be great to have some industry-specific question templates.
