We haven't found a downside yet. Maybe getting Sales to use it, but that's our problem ;-)

Were hoping everyone in the company uses it frequently!

Generating RFP responses faster, more standardized (that includes branded templates), and that includes current content (sources of truth)

Qdocs actually provides the services that they promise when demoing. We are able to organize our documents in a manner that is efficient and helpful!

As with any new program, onboarding takes a while but it is well worth it!

Qdocs helps us to share files nationally from one source. That allows us to collaborate at a quicker pace.

Knowing that all of our documents are in one place - I don't have too many SOW's but all of our contracts, change requests etc are now all here and makes life so much easier.

Having to load the opp into ClientLink first rather than straight into Qorus Docs

I love that QorusDocs built a beautiful template for our proposals and are ready to help with any questions!

QorusDocs is still working out a few kinks in the system. The engineering team is always working to make the software better.

Our team is busy with not only securing new clients but also managing existing clients. We were using a word template with no control over the version. Now, the sales team can control the proposal process. QorusDocs also allowed our team to reduce the proposal creation time from 2 hours to 30 mintues.

Ease of searching for content and populating content from the Qorus library into MS office tools.

It could be a server issue; very occasionally, some delays while opening large content.

Increase productivity while searching for content and drafting proposals.

QorusDocs is great because

- allows me and my team to create standardized bid environments

- allows me and my team to easily (just "Clip") content and save it for easy reuse

- allows me and my team to reuse existing content for new tenders

- we can search for content easily (accross multiple libraries in different languages if necessary)

- it allows to create and manage standardized templates for e.g. word

- easy access management of users

- it integrates directly in our existing SharePoint environment and allows full access to standardized Sharepoint functionality (e.g. working together on documents, Versions, etc.)

- Very helpful Customer Success Managers

All in all It is a very large improvement to our former solution (search in old documents) and also a large improvment to a standard Sharepoint environment. Its easy to use (when you have setup everything)

- What I am missing is a bid planing tool) that is integrated in the solution .

- You must be aware that it will take time and effort to create a qorus solution because it is really tailored to your needs - and you must understand your needs very well so that QorusDocs can create the perfect solution for your company.

It brings as a central colloboration plattform that is based on sharepoint.

It allows us to centrally store "canned content" for reuse.

Very fast creation of a rough tender documents (from templates).

Content can be collected very fast from canned contend (wonderful search functionality)

I LIKE THE QUICK RESPONSE FROM MY CONTACTS AND READINESS TO ASSIST/TROUBLESHOOT!

VAST TIME DIFFERENCE. WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL NEXT DAY FOR MY RESPONSE

ASSISTING WITH LOG IN/ACCESS TO CERTAIN FILES; BENEFITS THAT I CAN ACCESS ON MY OWN WITHOUT WAITING ON ANYONE ELSE. Also quick to add users at our request and provide access in a timely manner!

QorusDocs pulls from our existing SharePoint; if your team understands and uses SharePoint QorusDocs is the best solution. Customer support is responsive, friendly, and will go above and beyond. The implementation team listened to our needs and executed our vision without disrupting our existing RFP process. With QorusDocs, you have access to a talented, responsive, friendly team!

Minor limitations with Microsoft outside of QorusDocs impacted moving our images from one SharePoint to the new SharePoint.

Proposal response efficiency for a national company. Uniformity with content and design of our RFP/Qs.

The customer service has been excellent so far.

I haven't encountered any downsides so far.

QorusDocs is serving as out new proposal and document generation tool, and while we're just getting started, I like what we're seeing a lot so far.
