I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the software. What I liked most about Qooper was how easy it made the entire mentoring experience. From the initial sign-up process to connecting with my mentor, everything was seamless and straightforward. Qooper has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate and find the resources I needed. I appreciated how I could customize my mentoring experience by setting goals and choosing what I wanted to focus on in my sessions with my mentor. The platform's scheduling and communication tools also made it simple to coordinate with my mentor and keep track of our progress.

One of the standout features of Qooper was the ability to access a wealth of resources on the platform. From videos and articles to assessment tools, there was a wealth of information at my fingertips.

I have no negative feedback to share about my experience with Qooper.

One of the biggest problems Qooper is solving is the difficulty of matching mentors and mentees effectively. With Qooper's matching algorithm, I was able to find a mentor who had similar interests and career goals to mine. This made our mentoring sessions more productive and valuable, as we were able to focus on areas that were particularly relevant to me.

The customer support team is really helpful. Overall the product is quite easy to use but whenever I do have a question the support team always quick to get back to me and offer solutions.

There are a lot of presets within the platform that the administrator might not know about until after the website goes live. This requires a complete walkthrough of the platform to adjust and update those presets to avoid missing any. Additionally, admins should be able to add, remove and change things for users but as of now that function does not exist.

Qooper has helped us navigate the mentorship matching process with ease using their algorithm. For a large audience base, Qooper really helps with connecting mentors and mentees while also monitoring their progress.

The powerful AI matching feature was the biggest driver in our decision-making. We knew that we would need a platform that could grow as we created programs that provided opportunities to our entire global team. Having a platform which was diverse in its application and functionality was very important. Also selecting a platform that users would enjoy and not view as a burden was high on our priority list. Qooper ticked all of our boxes in terms of its functionality, ease of deployment and ease of use. Our experience has been extremely positive so far.

There have been a few occasions where an additional function or feature would be helpful from an admin perspective, however, Qooper has been extremely open to feedback. So far, if anything, the platform has too many functions and features that we're not currently using to full effect - however we see this changing in 2023 as we continue with the platform.

We needed a platform which was dynamic and easy to use, particularly where we aimed to have multiple mentoring programs running simultaneously. So far we've set up three mentoring programs - and the aim is to continue to widen our engagement and offer more mentoring opportunities across the business. We know that Qooper will meet our future needs and requirements.

The ability to connect with a rep LIVE is amazing. I, along with the team was able to jump on several calls for clarification on aspects ofQooper we were unfamiliar with.

I do not have anything to offer for "dislikes."

The software has helped save so much time and effort. We have been able to reach someone when necessary, and that has made all the difference.

Matching Mentors. This is a large under taking depending on the amount of participants. We have been able to get participants on board and in the program pretty well.

I find the scheduling process and communication links to be the most helpful.

The search engine for lessons may need improvement.

The ability to communicate and schedule meetings with the mentee may have been a challenge. Qooper has made this process more effective.

I am amazed by the exceptional customer service, quick turnaround, and ability to customize and tailor the platform to fit our needs. They are always responsive and open to feedback for continuous improvement. I highly recommend Qooper as a mentoring platform.

We use this platform for our company-wide mentoring program and also peer mentoring groups.

Would I like best about Qooper Is that it allows you to have discussions and forums with mentees and mentors From other parts of the country. You learn a lot from hearing about the experiences of the other groups. There is a great benefit from learning together with other mentors and mentees. I think it is particularly useful to be able to use the lessons developed by other mentors in your own mentoring. Another feature that I really like is the ability to have multiple mentees within a group so that all can learn from each other. When groups come together like this you really benefit from learning about the experiences that all the other teams are having.

One downside of using Qooper Is that it does not have a built in video conferencing platform. While this would definitely be a big ask It would be awesome to be able to chat right from the platform. Another thing that would be useful to have in Cooper is the ability to complete voice calls. It could also be easier if there was a desktop native application That would be usable.

Advice that I have for others considering Cooper is to use it as a tool for communication in addition to other tools for monthly video chats. I would also suggest chatting on the phone and keeping email communication lines open with your mentee

Problems that I am solving with Qooper are related to how to best communicate and grow with mentees. The benefits I have realized from using the platform are a strong learning experience and professional connection with mentors and mentees. Some of the other main benefits have been the ability to share resources and connections with mentees and other mentors. I had not expected that it would be a great networking experience for myself as well as for all other participants. Another problem that Cooper is solving is the ability to work on lessons together with mentees. Being able to create Lesson plans and implement and grow together using the content from the lesson is very useful in having continuity. It also lets you take the mentoring experience to the next level By allowing you to Not only have discussions but also seek to Meaningfully track growth through lesson And reflections on those lessons.

I love the idea and motive of the application, to form a bridge between content and consumer, having peer reviews and interaction, and seamlessly go through the mentor cycle.

I feel that the in-app chat has still a long way to go in terms of being polished UI and UX-wise. Also, some of the components for marking a section complete are out of shape, apart from that everything seems just great.

Qooper has been a time saver as I am using it inside my university to welcome incoming graduate students and live the mentor-mentee cycle with them, getting them accustomed to the new life.

I wish when the discussions are posted, it is under the same thread post and not on everything.

I have been able to relate with peer mentors (SHINE) from the industry of my interest. I also have gotten information about internships and job opportunities.

It is a great initiative for learning and development and what’s more important is with normal Mentor to Mentee learning, it also made reverse mentoring very easy i.e., from Mentee to Mentor training. I had an awesome interaction and I got lots of benefits from different views and understandings of various situations through my Mentor.

Scheduled times should be fixed for sessions (at least half an hour per week) and also maybe this limitation might be due to the Covid situation but I hope that events also take place where group mentoring and discussions can be possible.

Everyone should give it a go as it is the need of the hour when everyone is a multi-talented individual, you never know what others might teach you.

I have understood the importance of communication and sharing. What can be achieved with this program depends on how a person utilizes this. If properly done, it can lead to wonderful lessons of life.
