Automagical

Qonto continue to add new features with out overwhelming me with options I don't need. The ability to scan and email in receipts and have them automatically matched to transactions is a a game changer.

Invoice creation is also super useful. Features feel a little limited but the simplicity is totally worth it.

Best onboarding for a very long time

Compared to my old account at Commerzbank, the onboarding process was like angels singing from up high. The entire experience, from clicking "sign-up" to having my account fully activated and operational, took just 1 hour and 20 minutes - a remarkable achievement in banking (especially in Germany). The ID verification process with my German ID was particularly impressive, taking a mere 2 minutes and working flawlessly.
