It helps the account manager to follow up his plans and actions with the broker. All the information is in one system.
The account manager should get a sign on the date he marked out to make an appointment for a follow up with the broker. It would be usefull if we could make some extractions in a pdf or excel that we can send out.
Mostly only the account manager knows his of her clients, with Qollabi also other persons get a good view on the distribution of the account manager. With Qollabi the account manager has a handy tool that helps him to make agreements and to get co-ownership of his plans with his clients.

Not much. As I said if something is missing their developers are ready to add the feature. We have did not link it to other systems, so I have no experience in that area.
With Qollabi we have a clear view on the activities in the different banches, how many prospects were contacted,, how many meetings were held and so on. Next to that we have an aggregated view on the salesplan of all our branches and teh progerss tehy're making.
Qollabi enables me to work more structured and efficient. It's easy to use, clear and simple and allows me to plan, follow up on my visits, and analyze my sector. It's not your average sales tool with prefabricated sales plans. To us, it's our own customized tool made possible by Qollabi. The customer support is excellent: professional and flexible.
Some features need some further development, like for example the PDF outprints, but this is largely compensated by the willingness to listen to their client's needs and the fast follow-up by the Qollabi team.
